Welcome to our lakefront getaway on Lake Charlevoix. Our well appointed accommodations put you right on the water with awesome views. The unit is a 1800 sq., 3 story walk out condo that consists of 2 Plus Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 family rooms, and a laundry room and also comes with use of a private onsite boat slip. We are the end unit of a 6 unit building/condo. association and each privately owned unit has its own private entrances. Your view and access to the lake is unobstructed.

MAIN FLOOR: Consists of a very well equipped kitchen, family room, dining area and an AMAZING unobstructed view of the lake. Step outside onto the large balcony and take a deep breathe of the relaxing Northern Michigan air. There is a gas grill on the deck. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor.
Upper Floor- Has a Large Master Bedroom w/ a California King bed, ceiling fan, flat panel TV and large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 5 and has a twin/double bed bunk & twin/twin bunk beds and large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom upstairs.
LOWER LEVEL WALK-OUT: Takes you outside to the common area and lake. In the lower level you will find another family room, full bathroom and a laundry. There is plenty of seating for relaxed family gatherings or separate space for the kids to hang. At night this room can easily convert to a bedroom. There's a queen sofa sleeper and two (2) twin hideaway ottaman beds.
Step Outside and have immediate access to Lake Charlevoix. On the lower patio you will find a fire pit and plenty of lawn chairs. There is a sand box adjacent to the lake on the common area for the little ones. We also have some outdoor toys for our guests to use such as ring toss, bean bag toss, baci balls.
The water conditions on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is typically calmer and warms faster than the North Arm of the Lake. Our location is particularly great for fishing, tubing, skiing, knee boarding, and wake boarding. The amount of shoreline depends upon water levels. Like most inland lakes, there is a retaining wall to combat erosion. The area in front of the T of the association docking system is shallow. There is a drop at the end of the fingers of the docking system which is great if you want to fish.
Guest Limitations: Please understand that we strictly adhere to the agreed to guest limitations. The layout of our vacation home with the extra sleepers in the Lower level is there to create options in the sleeping arrangements and is not there to exceed owners preference of guest limits. Great for 2 up to our Maximum preferred occupancy of 6-8.
Accommodations include all linens, bedding and towels. We help start your stay by providing a starter supply of paper products, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. In other words you don't have to pack your house to come stay here.
PRIVATE BOAT SLIP: Available at no extra fee and holds up to a 30 foot boat. There is additional Parking across the street for your PWC Trailer. Let owner know if you're going to bring PWC or possibly rent one from a local marina.

THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MID-WEEK SPECIALS: These prices vary upon peak periods. Essentially a mid-week rental allows a shorter vacation of 5 days/4 nights because it comes with an early Monday check in and a later Friday Check-out. This is early check-in Monday to a later check-out Friday. Price ranges from 900-1,000.00, depending upon the week.

We are on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix north of the City of East Jordan in South Arm Township. We are on the same arm and side of the lake as the famous Ironton Ferry, The Landings Bar and Grill and Castle Farms.
About Lake Charlevoix: Lake Charlevoix is Michigans 3rd largest inland lake with 56 miles of Shoreline. Lake Charlevoix and it's surrounding resort towns got rated 2nd BEST Lake in the Nation Summer 2013.The South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is calmer and considered a most suitable side of the lake for jet skiing/water skiing/wakeboarding/tubing/swimming/kayaking and AWESOME fishing location - it is the best that the lake has to offer. Our condo is located between the City of East Jordan and Downtown Charlevoix. We are 6 miles from the Ironton Ferry, 7 miles from Castle Farms, 12 miles from downtown Charlevoix, 12 miles from Boyne City, 12 miles to Boyne Mountain. We are about 3 miles from downtown East Jordan. You can easiliy get to all the wonderful small towns and attractions along this 56 miles of Shorline without having to take the Ironton Ferry.
WINTER: We are a short scenic drive (12 miles) to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and Avalanche Bay Waterpark. This location is also great for snow mobilers as the trail is just a street away! Awesome spot for ice fishing as there's a great drop off right out back.
Fall color tour: It’s also close to the infamous “breezeway” for awesome drives with breath taking views, especially during the fall color tour season.
THIS locations gives you easy access to all the small resort towns that surround this awesome 56 mile of Lake shoreline.

AFTER spending years exploring many lakes in Northern Michigan, we decided that nothing could compare to what Lake Charlevoix and the surrounding resort towns along the amazing 56 miles of Shoreline had to offer. We are a short scenic drive from other favorite cities like Petoskey and Traverse City. We chose the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix in particular because we like to water ski, wake board, knee board, and fish. Wake up in the morning and find glass like conditions. Pull the boat out drop the skis and you're off! Mom can watch the kids easily from the windows and deck because the view is unobstructed.
Our condo has nice shallow area in front of the docks for the smaller guests. Our location on the West side of the lake gives us great sunrises and sun all day and late afternoon/early pm shade. It's easy to get to all the sides of the lake, especially in the winter when the ironton ferry is closed. It also puts us closer to Ellsworth which has my all time favorite restaurant The Rowe Inn (1 of Michigans 5 star restaurant. We chose this townhouse in particular because it included nearly everything we needed in a vacation property.
It gave us the space we wanted and flexibility so we can share it comfortably with our friends and family. It included an on site boat slip and parking and storage for the toys. It has amazing views with easy access to the boat, jet skis, and water. I prefer grass common area over sandy beach! Though the sandy beach is pretty, I don't like sand blowing all over my sun drenched skin or into my summer cocktail or into the house. This property has the 2nd family room that has extra sleeping which is GREAT if you have teenage or grown adult kids (lol) who want there space or for company. Offers much flexibility.

We rented this townhouse on Lake Charlevoix with our two young children and another family. We had a such a wonderful time! The townhouse is very clean, with updated fixtures and appliances. The furniture was comfortable. The townhouse is on three levels with more than enough space. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the porch or in the yard while the children played along the shore and in the water. It is shallow for quite a ways which is great for little ones. The property is very well maintained. The weather was great. The townhouse came with a boat slip that was easy to access and use. Lake Charlevoix itself is just beautiful. We were spoiled by our many adventures on the water. The home-owners have gathered all sorts of local information and made a wonderful reference binder with lots of things to do. The townhouse is located close to Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey and even Traverse City isn't too far - all great locations for both summer and winter activities! We found the owners to be very nice and a pleasure to work with. We have finally found a place that we could rent as "regulars" and we are so excited about that!

We absolutely loved staying at this property for our family vacation. The condo is clean and very well maintained. The amenities provided made our vacation very smooth and seamless.
The property is perfect for a family with young or grown children. It is large enough for many people or for just a single family. We have 2 little girls and the "kids room" where they slept had large bunk beds that the kids loved. The property has lots of closet space, and storage in case you over-pack like we did :) There are 2 full bathrooms that are very clean and a half bath off the kitchen which was very convenient. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans for easy cooking and the outdoor grill was very convenient for our family. The appliances are newer as well.
The property sits right on the water and the basement door walks right out to a small personal patio and right to the lake. The lake is quiet and most of the week we had the entire place to ourselves. The neighbors arrived on the weekend and were very nice. Right off the kitchen/ living room area is a large balcony overlooking the water we loved sitting out here in the morning having coffee.
The location is fantastic if you wanted to day trip to other local cities. Very close to Charlevoix, Boyne and Ironton and a short car ride to Traverse City and Petoskey. There is a local sandy beach nearby with a park and baseball field. A grocery store in town and lots of local food options in East Jordan and surrounding areas.
The owner is incredible to work with. She is very prompt in communication, organized and the detail to which she helps you to prepare for your stay is so helpful. This meticulousness is reflected in the beautiful condo as you can tell pride of ownership during your stay.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation. We had a great vacation! Love, The May Family
LLoyds of fun has done an outstanding job of making this place feel like home. The condo was equipped with everything that a family needs for vacation! The place was clean, well maintained and offered a spacious floor plan that accomodated our family. The balcony was relaxing to sit on during the morning while drinking coffee and offered a wonderful view of the lake. We saw a pair of swans daily. The beach was sandy and the dock was perfect for our boat.
The owners were very accomodating and have done a good job of keeping you abreast of restaurants and activities. They were excellent in correspondance if questions needed an answer. We enjoyed our stay.
Our family stayed here this past summer hand had an amazing time! First of all, the condo is very spacious and very clean and we had more than enough room for our family. My boys loved the bunk beds, the main level deck and the lower level walkout. The pictures don't to justice to the view and calming effect this lake has-none of us wanted to come home! The dock is real nice with your own boat slip, perfect for our boat! The lake is beautiful and the south arm is calmer than the north arm. Our boat ride was short to reach the main lake for excellent fishing! The condo is very close to many neighboring areas, such as Boyne City, downtown Charlevoix and Petoskey. The owners are fantastic to work with and answer all questions quickly. We are already planning another trip up here next year!

You will be on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix on the West side of the Lake with easy access to all the quaint small towns along the 56 miles of Lake Charlevoix Shoreline . The property is between the City of East Jordan and Downtown Charlevoix. The South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is calmer and considered a most suitable side of the lake for jet skiing/water skiing/wakeboarding/tubing/swimming and fishing that the lake has to offer. Do watersports all day long and take a boat ride thru the narrows out to the Big Water. If that's not enough, then take it all the way to Lake Michigan. We offer a 30 foot private boat slip which is included in the price of your stay. If you don’t have your own boat or jet skis, all you have to do is go a few doors down to Swan Value Marina where you can rent one! We ALSO highly recommend kayaking down the amazingly scenic Jordan Valley River. It is truly beautiful and amazing and fun experience for the whole family!
