Welcome - The view doesn't get much better than this! Our lakefront getaway has everything you need for a great vacation including use of a private boat slip at no additional charge! Our 1800 sq. foot well appointed 3 story walk out condo consists of 2 Plus Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms. a fully equipped kitchen with dining area,, 2 family rooms, and a laundry room,. There are many other amenities at no additional charge such as free WIFI and access/use of a private on site boat slip. We are the end unit of a small 6 unit building/condo. association and each unit has its own private entrances with a front door from the parking lot and waterfront sliding doors that open to the common area and the lake is right there. The boat slip is conveniently located on site. There is No crossing of roads or working your way thru apartment type hallways or wooded lots to view or access the water. Your View and access to the lake is unobstructed. The water conditions on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix are typically much calmer and warmer than the North arm. But you can take a scenic tour down the south arm thru the narrows where it opens to the beautiful north arm. Our location is great for fishing, which you can do right off our docks, or tubing, skiing, knee boarding, and wake boarding, If that's your cup of tea then this is where you want to be : D

Enter the MAIN FLOOR which has a very well equipped kitchen, a family room with flat panel television, dining area and an AMAZING unobstructed views of the lake from inside. Or just step outside onto the large balcony and take a deep breathe of the relaxing Northern Michigan air. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor.
2nd Story Upstairs Bedrooms - Has a Large Master Bedroom w/ a California King bed, ceiling fan, flat panel TV and large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 5 and has a twin/double bed bunk & twin/twin bunk beds and large walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom upstairs.
Go to the LOWER LEVEL and step outside and enjoy the sun and the lake. The lower level walk-out has a plenty of seating for relaxed family gatherings. Watch TV on the large flat panel TV w/ DVD player or play family games on the rainy day. This room can easily convert to a bedroom suite at night. There's a queen sofa sleeper and two (2) twin hideaway ottaman beds. There's also a full bathroom and a LAUNDRY ROOM with a newer front loading washer and a front loading dryer.
Please understand that we strictly adhere to guest limitations. The layout of our vacation home with the extra sleepers in the Lower level adds options and flexibility in the sleeping arrangements yet still leaves the Main floor living room and kitchen open for the early risers. *** Although there are enough beds &/or sleepers to accommodate 10 guests, we have decided that our maximum preferred occupancy is 6-8. Any more than that must be approved in advance in writing. Thank you!
What else do you get: All linens and bedding and towels are provided. We also start your stay with a starter supply of paper products and trash bags, etc.
OUTDOORS: We have outdoor toys for our guests to use such as ring toss, bean bag toss, baci balls, and small water and sand box toys for the little one's.
~We have a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating for our guest. Also have outdoor furniture on the balcony and a gas grill.
PRIVATE BOAT SLIP: Available at no extra fee and holds up to a 30 foot boat. There is additional Parking across the street for your PWC Trailer. Let owner know if you're going to bring PWC or possibly rent one from a local marina. Swan Valley marina is conveniently located 5 doors down for boat rentals. There are other Personal water craft rentals on the South Arm with large selections of boats and jet ski's. Check out Summer time rental. We personally recommend that if you are going to be on this fabulous lake that if you don't have a boat or jet ski's, you should consider renting one to get the full benefit of this massive lake.

GREAT LOCATION all Year Round: You will be located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. Lake Charlevoix is Michigans 3rd largest inland lake with 56 miles of Shoreline. Lake Charlevoix and it's surrounding resort towns got rated 2nd BEST Lake in the Nation Summer 2013.The South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is calmer and considered a most suitable side of the lake for jet skiing/water skiing/wakeboarding/tubing/swimming/kayaking and AWESOME fishing location - it is the best that the lake has to offer. It comes with a private boat slip for your watercraft. And, if you don’t have your own boat or jet skis, all you have to do is go a few doors down to Marina & can rent one! Our condo is located between the City of East Jordan and Downtown Charlevoix. We are 6 miles from the Ironton Ferry, 7 miles from Castle Farms, 12 miles from downtown Charlevoix, 12 miles from Boyne City, 12 miles to Boyne Mountain. We are about 3 miles from downtown East Jordan. You can easiliy get to all the wonderful small towns and attractions along this 56 miles of Shorline without having to take the Ironton Ferry.
WINTER: We are a short scenic drive (12 miles) to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and Avalanche Bay Waterpark. This location is also great for snow mobilers as the trail is just a street away! Awesome spot for ice fishing as there's a great drop off right out back.
Fall color tour: It’s also close to the infamous “breezeway” for awesome drives with breath taking views, especially during the fall color tour season.
THIS locations gives you easy access to all the small resort towns that surround this awesome 56 mile of Lake shoreline.
