Bright, airy Hampton Contemporary high on a hill, completely private 1/2 acre with heated in ground pool and central air. Great room/dining room with skylights and fireplace. Sliders going out to a 1200 square foot multi layered deck. Hardwood floors. Six blocks to bay. Short 5 mile drive to ocean beaches. Rentals during the summer months are monthly and weekly. Located between Southampton and Westhampton.

My wife and I spent a long labor day weekend here and it was seriously amazing. I have always been concerned about renting a house rather than staying in a hotel, because you never really know what you're going to get. That being said, I was more than pleasantly surprised. The house was beautiful, bright and big. The pool was big and clean and the deck was huge with plenty of chairs and lounges. We spent the weekend relaxing and BBQing...it was very hard to say goodbye.

This property is literally a 5 star mini resort. It's very private and tranquil. We love the time we spent there. The home is located high on a hill and the decor is spotless and beautiful.
It's very rare to have a rental property that is so pristine and well decorated. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
