The Perfect House in The Perfect Location!!!

My best friend and I rented Lee's home the last week in August. Our party included 4 adults and 1 child. The house is beautiful. The furnishings are beautiful. The interior is beautiful. The location is perfect. One of the best things about this house is there are 2 master suites!!! We did not have to flip a coin to see which couple got the nice bedroom - both bedrooms were beautiful and private. We had enough space and luxury to spread out and take separate vacations within our dual family vacation! There were TVs in both master bedrooms and in the living room. All the beds were comfortable – we all slept well. The kitchen was open, so we could all talk and laugh while preparing a meal and eating. The decks were amazing! The deck of the living room was the perfect location to watch the boats and ocean city (in general). The deck off the top floor master bedroom was great for private sunbathing and enjoying the sunset / rise. The living room furniture was very nice and looked almost new. The couch was super comfortable. Another special feature we liked is there are plenty of paperback books throughout the house. It was nice to pick a book to read and relax. The selection was great too! As adults, the location was perfect for us. The beach was less than 2 miles away (right across the bridge). The pool was steps away from the house, but best of all we had a great selection of restaurants (Hoopers, Outback, Applebees, Carrabbas, and so on!) and shops within walking distance. All four adults in our party could enjoy cocktails and not have to worry about having a designated driver. Our son could walk to the outlets and Royal Farms. Even Starbucks was a short walk away. One last thing, Lee was great to work with. He was polite and made payment easy (I like the paypal option). My family will be back every year without a doubt.
