No need to carry your beach toys and chairs far with the pool and beach literally a few steps away from the covered patio off living room. Relax with your drink on the huge second story wrap around deck that faces the pool, beach and ocean. Not your usual small balcony you get with other condos! Incredible ocean views from both bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size Select Comfort bed. Second bedroom has two double beds. Additional space is available on queen sleeper sofa in living room. Beautifully decorated, upscale furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen with new washer/dryer. The most convenient oceanfront townhouse/condo you will find with the best views on the island.

About The Owner

When vacationing at the beach the units we rented were usually disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and care given to the property. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase our own place we made a commitment to provide the best vacation possible to our renters by keeping the unit well maintained and clean. Since owning this townhouse/condo all rentals have been managed through the owners to ensure the unit is well cared for. This unit is beautiful, very clean, upscale furnishings and has all the comforts you would want when on vacation.

This unit was purchased because of the unique design. Although it is called a condo it is really a two story townhouse with only the backside attached to another unit. The unit feels like a small house, is very private and quiet..

What makes this condo unique

Unique parking at front door with no elevators, large parking lots or decks. Ocean, beach and pool are literally steps outside of covered patio. Huge wrap around second story deck overlooking ocean, beach and pool. Covered stamped concrete patio off of living room with table and chairs for dining or enjoying an afternoon snack.

Additional information about rental rates

Cashier checks accepted. Signed contract with a 50% rent deposit is required to reserve. The rent balance, cleaning fee and security deposit is due at least 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Fees And Taxes All taxes and linens are included in the rate. There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 and a refundable security deposit of $350.
There is a 7 day minimum stay during the summer season. All other seasons have a 3 day minimum stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

My family just finished our week long vacation at this rental property and had a terrific time. The location is perfect. We were literally steps from the ocean and the pool. The home was very clean and had lots of "extras" at our disposal. This property is an end unit thus has a wrap around deck with open views of the beach and the pool. This community of Pine Knoll Townes is ideally located to the aquarium and local grocery and restaurants. We loved Michealangelos Pizzeria located just 5 miles down the road! This location is very family oriented with lots to do and see, yet seems to be much more quiet than other parts of the island community. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. This is definitely a location we would rent again and recommend to others. We look forward to visiting again!

If you are looking for a upscale family oriented spot to take your family, then this is it. Our family vacationed there from june 12-19, absolutely the nicest, cleanest place on the coast that we have visited. The owners are some of the nicest and easiest folks to deal with also. Photos are exactly what they are, extremely clean throughout. We are definitely going to return next year if all goes as planned. Walking distance to the NC Aquarium too. The Dean family, Goldsboro,NC
