Restaurants, fine dining, SHOPPING at Silver Sands Outlet or Destin commons including Bass Pro, movie complex, numerous spa and nail retreats, amusement park, minature gulf, water park,and nature preserve, aquarium are just minutes away.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled and deposit forfeited. Deposit will be returned after departure of unit and satisfactory inspection of unit. There will be a 60$ cleaning fee on all rentals less than one week . There is a 3 night minimium stay. Prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals. MUST be 25 years or older to rent . Rates subject to 11.5 % tax. A Maximum of 6 people are allowed .If more than 6 people are found staying in unit ,you will surrender your deposit { ENFORCED} . Under 25 years old must be accompanied by parent . Discount for repeat visitors and military and their extended families.
