Very nice stretch of beach, the chair and umbrella service was terrific.
The street out front was very busy from about 10a-10p and the houses and condos on the adjacent 2-3 blocks are a little seedy, gas station across street. Overall, not bad, just not ideal.
House was nice--terrific hot water heater. It was reasonably maintained but a bit run down, obvious when comparing to the same age model next door. Reasonably clean, although about 20% of the light bulbs were out and several outlets didn't work--minimally annoying. The views from the living room and three beachfront bedrooms were outstanding and made up for a lot. Kitchen stocked with appliances, etc. Older, small Television sets, but adequate. WiFi service was excellent, ~20 Mbs. Trash was overflowing from the outside cans when we got there, called maintenance but no one ever came. Trash did finally get picked up several days later.
Didn't visit adjacent Seascape resort--actually not very convenient to the house. The pool to which we had access was about 3 blocks down the street.
Overall, very good. A- overall. Probably a bit overpriced for what you are getting but I rented late in the season, and therefore can't complain.
