House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9)

Relax on the front porch with a drink and enjoy the sun set or take the canoe out on the pond and catch the su n set out on the water.

There are two master bedrooms with a full bath - one on the main floor and one on the second floor - third bedroom and loft on the second floor share a full bath.

There is one king size bed, 2 queen, and 2 full size. Linens are provided. There is an outside shower, Weber grill and outdoor furniture.

About Mary

We live part-time in Ct. and part-time in the Cape. We first rented in '78 along with our four children and bought our first home on the Cape in '79. In 1991 we moved onto Sky Way in Chatham and have been there ever since.

Why Mary chose Chatham

We chose to live in Chatham because we first rented in Chatham and fell in love with the town and its people.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy using our canoe on White Pond,

fishing and swimming in the Pond on a daily basis.
