2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - Sleeps 6 comfortably

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen that sleeps six (with sofa bed). Incredible view of the Gulf, and Destin East pass facing West off the balcony. Walk right outside to our recently expanded beach.

Additionally, The Islander property underwent a $3 million renovation and upgrade in 2011, so now is the time to enjoy all the enhancements.

Our condo has all your latest entertainment needs covered: HDTV/DVD in Master bedroom, HDTV, DVD, & iPod dock in guest bedroom, and 42-inch 1080p HDTV in family room.

We also have a Graco Pack-and Play in our condo. The only thing you need to bring is a crib sheet.

Included in your weekly rate is free beach service: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily for you on the beach.

This property has 2 private pools (1 heated), 2 hot tubs, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 tennis courts, and a private beach connected to the property.

This fully equipped 3rd floor unit was exactly as advertised and made for a perfect and affordable family vacation.

We’ve stayed at several other properties where the condo was decorated with all the curio shop beach paraphernalia, not this unit – it looked more like a spa or resort, professionally and tastefully decorated. Rest assured all the necessities and accessories you could ever envision needing are provided for, even down to a linen/towel service every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so leave those big beach towels at home.

The Condo Owner’s Association and management staff need to be commended for the activities they provide the condo guests. This is definitely a family/kid friendly property that we will be looking to return to (as do some many other guests that you meet while staying.) Don’t forget to take advantage of the discounts ‘The Islander VIP’ card offers – strongly recommend the Destin Pirate Ship cruise on Thursday evenings where you also enjoy the weekly fireworks show – kids loved it!!

we had an awesome time. the facilities were amazing. the beach was amazing. we were impressed with the ease of getting into our room and into the parking lot.. close parking.. friendly folks everywhere. guest and employees. we plan to return. the condo was very well stocked with all our needs. the laundry was very convenient. the barbeque pits were great. the cost was very reasonable. we were able to unwind and relax for a much needed vacation. we don't travel much and we were pleased that we picked your facility and the vrbo person was very easy to work with as well.. thank u!!!
