Located 90 miles west of Portland, Gearhart is the jewel of the Oregon Coast. Broad white sand beach, sand dunes, walking trails, golf course, tennis courts, and a charming, four-corner town consisting of an excellent bakery/café, ice cream parlor, grocery store, antique store, and, of course, a real estate office.Fort Stevens with 17 miles of biking trails and Fort Clatsop with the new Fort to Sea Trail are a short 15 minute drive.

This extraordinary ocean view home is located on the park directly across from Gearhart Beach. This exquisite residence is constructed of the finest materials and built with impeccable craftsmanship. Tremendous home, spacious, clean, most comfortable. Beautifully furnished, well supplied with linens, bathroom neccesities, kitchen needs. The multiple dining areas provided space for one-on-one visits or group gatherings. Loved the various rooms for chit-chats, eating, reading, cards; the warmth of the fireplace was exceptionally appreciated due to the coolness of the weekend and, of course, the wine bar was a hit. Needed more than a long weekend to really appreciated all that it has to offer. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the local grocery stores. The owners were responsive and cordial. Would love to come back again. Thank you for sharing this incredible home.

Superior home, spectacular setting, well-stocked kitchen, lovely and comfortable furnishings. Wood, brass, chandeliers, diningroom table for ten, wrap-around deck. Home faces the town park, with also a lovely side yard. Washer/dryer. Two fireplaces (although we didn't use them). Clean and well-maintained. The pictures do not do justice to the house. It is really wonderful. Ocean view, short walk to beach. Four generations spent a special week together. Owners were responsive, helpful, professional. Gearhart is a small, quiet and charming coastal town.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

House is amazing and very nicely furnished and equipped. One of our sons loves to cook so the large kitchen was a treat. Having enough room to spread out or gather for a movie was awesome and setting was ideal. We definately will be back.
