Big Sky House Rental Photos and Description
House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Office, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10)
Great skiing, Great views and a Great home. You will not be disappointed !!!
The layout of the house is designed to bring families and friends together. It’s over 2600+/- sq. ft, newly constructed and comfortably sleeps 10. The home is decorated in a traditional northern rocky-mountain cabin theme and the kitchen is well equipped for the gourmet chef with only high end kitchen supplies. The house is heated with the latest in radiant heat technology, and is comfortable to walk around in shorts.
The master bedroom is on the second floor along with the kitchen, mud room and the vaulted great room. The master bedroom has a large bath with jetted tub, dual sinks and a separate multiple head shower. The master also has vaulted ceilings, a romantic private balcony, gas fireplace and walk-in closet.
The vaulted great room has a porch that wraps around the outside of the house where the 8 person hot tub, gas grill, and sitting furniture is located. A grand aspect of the house is the great room’s two story picture window which frames Lone Peak & Andesite mountains perfectly.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms each with their own full baths. The garage is also on the ground floor. The third floor loft has an office desk, leather sleeper couch, day bed and a full bath. The kids seem to find this room the most entertaining with the large flat screen HDTV, games and stereo. We also like the fact that they like it up there.
Big Sky and Moonlight together form the Biggest Skiing in America with more than 5500 skiable acres, providing breath-taking runs from green to double black - all with no lines.
If you like the winter, you will find the summer even better. We are only 20 miles from the border of Yellowstone National Park - you might see moose, deer, elk and the occasional bear from your window. Really. The Gallatin River, featured in the movie “ A River Runs Thought It” is just down the mountain and is famed for its beauty and blue ribbon fishing. Great hiking abounds.
The property is professional managed by Moonlight Lodging. You will be able to check in directly at the lodge, will have full access to the lodge including the pool, sauna and fitness / spa center. Moonlight Lodging also provides concierge services including SUV service from the house to the lodge, Big Sky village & Madison Base ski area. Additionally, Moonlight Lodging provides the finest soaps and lotions, and the same service you would expect at a 5 star resort. They also have staff available (maintenance/cleaning etc) for what ever the circumstance. Together, we try to provide more than just a house.

About Brad Levine
Our entire family is close and we enjoy spending our holidays together. This house provides us with plenty of space and is perfect big dinners and great conversation.
And if you like the sun and to fish - we also have a VRBO home in Key Largo which is spectacular '390007'.
Brad Levine purchased this house in 2009
Why Brad Levine chose Big Sky
We live in Florida and fell in love with Montana. They say folks come in the winter, but end up staying for the summer. So very true. We have 2 young children and couldn't ask for better mountain. It's the largest ski area in the country, never any lines, and the smallest group lessons of any resort. It's just perfect. We hope you'll love it just as much as we do.
What makes this house unique
Whether skiing, fly fishing or just reading a book - our home provides the rocky mountain warm relaxing feel needed when on vacation. You'll never want leave - that is why we bought. It's just GREAT.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Hi Brad! First of all let me apologize, I have certainly not been ducking you – after we left Montana, I headed to Canada and then to the convention in Tampa, only to return to a visit from my in-laws who left Monday. So we have been busy! I wanted to take the time to answer you properly rather than a quick insufficient email.
Let me start by thank you profusely for opening up your home to my family. It is a truly gracious and welcoming home as is all of Moonlight Basin. We had a phenomenal time. Every day was a great experience. We went whitewater rafting down the Gallatin; horseback riding in the mountains; fly fished the Madison; explored Yellowstone; hiked to Lava Lake and all around Moonlight; went to a Ranch Pig Roast; explored Ennis and Virginia City; visited Bozeman and Livingston; ziplined; attended the weekly lodge BBQ; ate like Kings; and, thoroughly enjoyed your hut tub. I probably am even leaving out some things. We saw sooooo much wildlife. We saw two bears – one while rafting and the other on our property outside Livingston; huge herd of elk on Jack Creek Road (which was awesome to have a pass so thank you!); two cow moose; bison galore in Yellowstone; mule deer; a bobcat, just to name a few. With the incline and altitude, my husband was able to get great work outs in preparation for his triathalon this weekend too.
It was just so great to be in Big Sky country with cool air and the nicest people in the world. Smoke from the fire in Idaho hung around for awhile and the locals were upset but we were just happy to be there. After ten days, we felt like new people but also could have stayed for 10 more. I can only imagine how the place is for skiing in the winter/spring. I have put that on my to do list.
We were so excited by your house and location that we spent some time looking at real estate but with so much to do we ended up having more fun and less time to look at houses/property. Although, there is a lot for sale right now and I have to think four years from now anyone passing up the opportunity to get in now will regret it.
I’ll call you to give you more of the details, but it was simply fantastic and we can’t thank you enough. Your family is lucky to have such a place and we are lucky you made it available. Sorry again for the delay, I didn’t trust my BB thumbs to do the trick. Hope you enjoyed Maine and keep up the great campaign work. Best and cheers, Karen
