Julie and I and our three young children and puppy love getting away from the city. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the trees, loons on the lake and the sights of nature is what energizes us.
A few years ago Julie and I discovered the beauty of the Mont Tremblant area. It is a hidden gem. We want you to experience it, by providing accomodations that match the beauty of the area. Our goal is to offer not just a place to stay, but an experience. A cottage feel, but with luxuries that will treat you to something special. Gorgeous bedding and furniture, high-end dish and glassware, hot tub, pool table, and breath-taking location. Feel like this is your place, creating life-long memories as you come back year after year.
Enjoy waking up in the morning and having your cup of coffee or tea on one of the 30’ long balconies overhanging the water, watching the sun reflecting in the calm water as it slowly rises over the mountain tops. Spend the lazy days laying on the dock, taking the kayaks or canoe on the lake, cycling, fishing, swimming, or hiking the mountain, and finishing off the day with a bonfire or a nice bottle of wine.
We love the 1.5 hour, curvy, sceanic and relaxing drive from Ottawa. The chalet is uniquely located, three feet from a quiet lake. Swimming, kayaking and canoeing, and biking or hiking are right outside the door. The five acres on which the chalet is located includes mountains, forest and waterfront, wild flowers and a stream that trickles into the lake. Deers trot through our property and loons are constant visitors to the lake.
Only 10 minutes from Mont Tremblant, the location allows us to enjoy the energetic lifestyle of the resort, if we so choose, but also lets us take in the peace of nature.
