3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

This 2100 sq ft home on three levels. The second level has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds in one bedroom and 1 king bed in the master bedroom). Both bedrooms on the have second level have full en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and balconies. There is a third bedroom on the third level or terrace with a double bed. There is also a full bathroom on the terrace.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric mixer as well as dishes, utensils, and cooking accessories.

Cooking and catering for special events is available to a local expert chef who will carry out everything from buying the food, making drinks and cleaning up after.

Maid service is provided before you arrive to ensure that everything is ready for your visit. Additional maid service, including laundry will be provided during your stay as well, on a requested basis.

The living room area includes a TV with DVD, plus CD player and iPod station.

There are lots of tiendas (convenience stores) nearby as well restaurants and other services a short walk away. At the end of evening, it’s a short walk back from the central part of Sayulita to the solitude of Casa Amorcita.

A special feature of this casa is the Rooftop Palapa Terrace which includes a large built-in sofa, patio table and chairs and extra traditional Mexican Equipale chairs. The terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy during the day or evening. There are always cool ocean breezes.

There is also a private landscaped patio and pool with patio furniture and lounge chairs.

For your valuables, there is a safe in the master bedroom closet with personal combination capability. The casa has a wall and is fully gated for security.

The casa comes complete with all linens, towels, supplies etc for a unique vacation experience.

Casa Amorcita is looked after by a local property manager who will meet you on your arrival, show you the casa and provide assistance, as required, during your stay to ensure that all your needs are taken care of.

Sayulita is an old fishing village that has maintained its Mexican charm. Come and discover this piece of paradise.

Amazing views and breezes, great for families

Our stay at Tom's house in Sayulita was fabulous. The views were stunning; lovely cool breezes kept us fresh indoors even when it was hot outside; it was clean and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed; and the beds were super comfortable.
We were a group of a couple with a toddler, another couple, and one single guy. We all had plenty of space so we never felt cramped or on top of each other. I did a little toddler proofing when we arrived, moving breakables and blocking off the stairs down to the pool, and having the highchair and pack-and-play provided was superb. Our daughter found her own little place to eat by sitting on the step stool at the small lower level counter. She was very proud of herself for finding it!
I would highly recommend a stay here. The only reason I wouldn't is if you have issues with walking up a hill. The hill isn't long, but combined with the steps, it gets your heart going. I saw it as a good way to walk off my choco-bananas :) If you're normal fitness, don't let the hill put you off. It's totally worth it.

Spectacular views and close to everything!

I spent a week in this beautiful home and can't wait to return! The views are spectacular in all directions and no matter how hot the day, there's always a refreshing, silky breeze at Casa Amorcita. The only problem is that it's hard to tear yourself away from the terraces (on both levels) and actually get out and do anything in town! Hard to go to bed at night because you get so comfortable lying on the lounge chairs and searching the stars. LOtS of windows and lots of light - so you feel almost as if you're outside even when you're inside. Safes are provided and there are deadbolts on all gates and doors - so even if you are a solo traveler (I am) you will have no concerns about security.There's a magic to this place - and you will leave feeling that your soul was nourished - and eagerly anticipating your next visit!

Beautiful Casa

My family of 3, one of which is 6 years old, had a wonderful 10 days in Sayulita and in Casa Amorcita. Casa Amorcita was perfect. We stayed during Semana Santa 2011 and purposefully selected a home that was far from the noise and activity. Casa Amorcita is perfect if you want the luxury of being close to the beach (a very easy 5-8 min walk) while also away from the noise. The home has everything you need to cook, grill, and lounge by the pool. The locations is quaint and we really enjoyed our walks to the plaza - down a cobblestone road, through local authentic neighbors, and right to town and beach. The views and the palapa are amazing! We enjoyed every evening in the palapa watching the sunset, candles, and a drink.

Our property manager was prompt and helpful - checked on us mid-week and even came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out of the Casa. I highly recommend Casa Amorcita if you are seeking a relaxing getaway that is away from the noise but with amazing views, and an easy walk to beach.

We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Sayulita.

Casa Amorcita is very cool

We stayed at this lovely house from Jan 15 to Feb 12 this year. It is a lovely place with a fully stocked kitchen. It is up on the hill which can be said about 90% of the houses in Sayulita.

If you have a health problem which precludes climbing stairs or hills this house might not be for you. Otherwise I think you will enjoy it immensely. And the hill climb helps wear off the beer and Tacos.

Best Pork Tacos?? Tacos Ivan in front of the Boracho tree in town.

Best best breakfast? Rollies for sure.

Best seafood? Wow that's a tough one but we liked this little place on the beach whose name escapes me. Go to Chocobananna and go toward the beach. it the last place on the right. Killer prawns and the best Margaritas.

If there is a Rodeo on when you are in town don't miss it. A supurb way to spend a Sunday evening.
