This great Punta del Este vacation waterfront home, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,200 Sq Ft (110 m2) It will accommodate up to 5 people, comfortably. Visitors looking to rent at Punta del Este will be delighted by this great home,its wonderful views (back and front), and its full array of amenities. It´s a very SAFE and Quiet place to stay, even in January when Punta receives most tourists. This is a great place to relax with the most highest level of comfort, luxury and safety. Two friendly maids will clean daily your apt all along your stay at no extra cost. Also fine linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. We’ve taken great care in decorating and furnishing this apartment to meet the highest standards in comfort.

The living room has large windows that provide great views of the Lake. The dining area, which is located just next to the living, offers seating for 8 people (comfortably). The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a 32in Samsung LCD TV. It also offers nice views to the lake and has an in suite bathroom . It is fully equipped with shower/hot tub. The second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, 1 LED TV,wood floors and a fully equipped bathroom in the hallway.

The 3rd Bedroom is next to the second one, offering 1 Twin size bed, ideal for kids. All bedrooms are spacious with its direct view to the ocean. All Bedrooms and also the Living room have independent A.C. controls for your convenience. A 40in Sony LCD TV is also set in the living room with a 5.1 Panasonic Home Theatre for your comfort and 30+ channel cable TV. You will have Broadband WIFI Internet access in the apt at no extra cost. Also you will have free internet all around the place, I mean in pools, tennis court etc.

For your kids there are 2 computers with Internet access in the lobby. There is a special area (at the lobby level) where you can have a relaxed time just for reading or working with your computer. The Condo has 2 pools (inside and outside). I also has a Gym,Sauna, massage place and a private tennis court. If you have a car, you can leave it a the garage or park it in the private parking lot, within 20 meters of the main entrance of the Condo. The apt has a balcony and terrace, with a private wood fire place (mostly known as 'parrilla' for cooking with privacy). Condo is new (2007). Only 40 apts on the Condo. This is a 3rd floor, not the highest (4 floors total). Please send your request with dates and number of guests, so we can get you the best deal! We are sorry this vacation home is not a party house, parties are not allowed (strictly enforced). People wishing to party in the house should find another vacation property

Upon Request for Extra Cost:

1. A free cell phone can be provided to you during your stay for domestic and international phone calls as well as voicemail, messaging. ($100 weekly).

A class A experience in apt. rentals, it is in great condition. It is about 15 min from the center of town Its very confortable for a family The building is top notch...very secure and staff beyond helpful. (Thanks Anablella). The unit is exactly as described with no surprises. The kitchen is very well equiped. The balcony is HUGE with built in barbeque/parilla, and beautiful Sunsets from there every night.We lived on the balcony!.100%recommendable
The owner is most attentive and any requests were taken care of immediately. I would not hesitate to rent here again......

Passamos uma semana muito agradável neste apartamento com vista para um paraíso ecológico na “Laguna del Diario”, e o Oceano Atlântico.

O apartamento conta com todo o conforto necessário e uma decoração charmosa, ar condicionado e rede wireless. Passamos grande parte do tempo no terraço com churrasqueira, curtindo a vista.

Curtimos a área de lazer do prédio, muito completa, que inclui piscina ao ar livre e interna aquecida, hidromassagem, quadra de tênis, e cais próprio no qual aproveitamos uma boa pesca.

O serviço de limpeza foi muito atencioso e eficiente.

Agradecemos especialmente a Conrado, o proprietário, que esteve sempre disponível on-line antes e durante a estada.

A class A experience in apt. rentals. The building is top notch...very secure and staff beyond helpful.
The unit is exactly as described with no surprises. The kitchen is very well equiped. The balcony is HUGE with built in barbeque/parilla. We lived on the balcony! The owner is most attentive and any requests were taken care of immediately.
