Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 5-7)

You will love the memories you will be creating with the beautiful view of the dunes from the 400 feet of private beach front and it is only one mile from the entrance to the dunes and 1 mile from Lake Michigan.

This cottage has an excellent set up if you have young kids as there is a play area. The play area includes an oversized sand box and a swing set.

There is also a gas grill, deck furniture (deck in front and in back,) and fire pit.

This perfect getaway also includes access to the clubhouse which features WiFi, a ping pong table, and a basketball/ tennis court. You will also have access to the heated pool and to the boat launch.

After a long day of fun in the sun you can enjoy a beautiful sunset while relaxing on the front deck or sunrise if you are an early riser.

There are two bedrooms; one bedroom contains a queen size bed which also includes a washer and dryer in the room. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a single bunk on top and full size bed on the bottom and if you still need more room the couch folds out into a bed. It is a very open layout and contains a full kitchen to include stove, microwave and refrigerator.

It is located in an excellent location on a private drive. There is a spot to moore your boat on the private beach access. It is located right off of Silver Lake Rd between Mac's Dune Rides and Silver Lake State Park. It is close to Dunetown Shopping Center, exactly 1 mile from Craigs Cruiser's, and less than 10 minutes from the entrance to the dunes and to Lake Michigan.

This is the perfect place to create lifelong memories your family will cherish.
