A wonderful family vacation awaits you in our luxurious five bedroom, four bath, THIRD FLOOR oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playround nearby.

Our beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. five bedroom condominium located on the THIRD FLOOR offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private wrap around balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

A beautifully decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, jacuzzi tub, seperate shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, private bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, flat screen TV and DVD player, private balcony with oceanview. The fourth & fifth bedrooms have ocean views & share a full bath, both have flat screen TV's and DVD players.

A large open Living area with one standard sofa and one sofa bed, 36' flat screen TV with DVD player, high speed internet. Seating for eight in the dining area with additional four person card table in closet.

The condo is fine. Be prepared to clean for hours at the end of your vacation however. The owners are were very demanding and insisted we did damage that we simply did not do. The owners were upset that the "blankets" were used. This was just an easy way to keep our deposit (the blame game). There are many nice places to stay in Myrtle Beach, pick a place with reasonable owners.

1st Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in July. It was so much more than what we expected; the pictures just don’t do it justice. It was so tastefully decorated to every little detail. Very spacious, we never once felt crowded; all 12 of us! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor, quick to the pool and parking lot and especially hearing the waves on the beach. The location is just perfect, central Myrtle Beach between Broadway and Barefoot. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owners were very helpful and great to work with, quick to respond to emails and questions. We will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Myrtle Beach.

truely awesome place to stay

i was very nervous at first because of never renting from a owner directly but he was wonderful
to deal with. he was great on all responses by email or phone. this condo has been
the best in the last five years we have been down here with all the family which gathers
together for the year to have fun from adults down to the grandkids. It is everything that is shown
and more. the parking area is also very nice. much better then
alot other places. this is one you truely wont regret staying at.

My family loved this beautiful condo! We stayed July 9-16, 2011. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and this condo is simply lovely. The interior is designed with much thought and care. We felt very 'at home' with plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were extremely nice.
The owners have put a great deal of time in making sure you have everything you need while staying here!! You will love this beautiful condo!!
