The nice apartment 'Topas' is located in a modern, Mediterranean building-complex. You will find a big swimming-pool and a very nice garden. From your terrace you are looking on the pool and the garden. The apartment got space for 4 people. 2 people sleeps in the bed-room and two more on a spacy bed-couch in the living-room. The flat consists of the entrance, full-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a living-room with dining-area. In a separate service-room you’ll find the wash-machine. Due to an elevator and a ramp this object is also suitable for disabled people with wheel-chair. A super-market as well as lot of restaurants are all nearby. Also the beach is only a few walking-minutes away. A nearby national-park invites for a walking-tour.

The complex is situated in the east of Mallorca in the village Sa Coma. There is good connection by car and public transportation. The complex itself is quiet but all the facilities of the tourist-center are in walking distance. Shops and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. Due to the top infrastructure with the top streets all points of interest of the island are easily to reach.

Wir waren gerade für 10 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und es hat uns
sehr gut gefallen.Sie ist geschmackvoll und vollständig ausgestattet,man
hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Pool,der den Kindern besonders gut gefallen hat.Nach einem Tag an einer der vielen schönen
Buchten sind wir immer nochmal für ein paar Stunden an den Pool gegangen.Da war immer sehr wenig los,so dass man hier nochmal entspannen konnte.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Besucher ganz unterschiedlich,von jung bis alt und und mindestens 5 verschiedene Nationalitäten.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und haben uns mit Wasser und
einer Flasche Wein einen freundlichen Empfang bereitet.Diese Wohnung
kann man zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen!!

Wir waren in diesem Jahr 5 Wochen in dieser Wohnung.
Es war einfach alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Diese Wohnung wird uns wiedersehen. Der Pool und die gärtnerischen Anlagen sind viel schöner als auf dem Foto.

Die Wohnung und die Lage gefallen uns sehr gut, da Sie auch ausreichend Platz für unsere 2 Kinder bietet. Die Ausgangslage ist super, man kann von dort viel erkunden und mit dem Auto viele schöne Buchten anfahren. Besonders gut gefällt uns die Terrasse bzw. der Balkon. Für uns ist es das "Wohnzimmer". Ein sehr schöner Platz
zum Frühstücken,Abendessen.lesen oder Spiele spielen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche da. Der grosse
Pool & Garten sind wunderschön & gepflegt. Wir sind jetzt
schon das 2.Mal hier und werden auch im kommenden Jahr wiederkommen. Man merkt sehr dass die Vermieter
"Profis" sind. Sie wissen was der Kunde will und erwartet,
sind immer bemüht und sehr fürsorgliche Mieter, das hat man nicht alle Tage. Selbst bei "Wehwehchen" ist der be-
freundete Arzt sofort zur Stelle ein gutes Gefühl...
Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon...

- wir sind vom Vermieter am vereinbarten Treffpunkt
abgeholt worden und zur Fewo gefahren worden
- es stand 1 Flasche Wein + Wasser zur Begrüßung da
- wir bekamen 3 Telefonnummern mitgeteilt, an denen
unser Vermieter zu erreichen wäre, falls was wäre
- als wir ein Problem hatten war unser Vermieter sofort
zur Stelle
- wir waren telefonisch in Kontakt
- Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos
-Fewo ist sehr zu empfehlen
