Charming SeaGull Estates Home in Prime Location

We have been coming to Sanibel for 15 years but this was the first time we have rented a home. I use the word home instead of house because it truly felt like home. The back yard is gorgeous with flowering bushes and a lake. The screened in porch is comfortable and roomy and where we spent almost all of our time. The neighborhood pool is as close as having one in your back yard and the private beach access makes it almost as close as that of some beachfront condo complexes where we have stayed. The inside of the home is beautiful, furnished with some lovely antiques, a fantastic washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was a delight to work with and VERY prompt in her response to emails. If this home is available for the time you are in Sanibel, I would recommend you rent it before another lucky person/family gets there first!

Look no further, this is the place you should choose for your family, especially if you have young children. I looked in several places, and spent many many hours searching for a perfect place close to the beach, fits two families of four or maybe even five very comfortably, and with a swimming pool for the kids during down time. I am so happy I chose this place after considering a couple of places. Not only does this place is only about 5 minute walk to the beach (and most of the walk path is shaded with trees too), the community pool is really just next door which almost feel like its own private pool in the backyard because the second gate to the pool is just next to its garage. Felt very comfortable to have the kids walk and swim at the pool on their own. You can even hear their laughter from the big screened porch in the back of the house. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, bake muffins, and even serve a formal dinner, if you want, with their pretty formal dinnerware. House was very clean when we first got there, we felt very comfortable right away and felt at home. Nice welcoming touch with the best orange juice we ever tasted, locally produced I believe. The garage shed has everything you need to take to the beach to keep the kids busy. Even have tube floaties for the little ones. Like to go biking? They have 5 bicycles to use to go around the beautiful town. Beautiful landscaping with small lake in the back. We have nothing negative to say about the place. Great family vacation we had. Great place to make unforgettable family memories. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Look no further and contact the owner. The owner, by the way, is very easy to work with as well. We loved your home, so comfortable, met many of your nice neighbors, played tennis everyday,played in the pool, but mostly chilled on the beach (thanks for the use of beach chairs, towels, bikes, etc). We have rented in Sanibel many times, yours by far being the best!
