Booked for summer 2013! Please check back with us the first week of January for summer 2014 rentals. Exquisite, spacious, high-end Chatham vacation home, has everything you need for a perfect Cape Cod vacation.

Five minute walk to kid-friendly Ridgevale Beach: life guards, bathrooms, concession stand, ample parking. There are also dozens of estuaries to explore with your crab nets, or kayaks. The waters of the Nantucket Sound are warmer than the Atlantic Ocean, and waves are much tamer, for sailing or swimming enjoyment, and the safety of your children. Minutes from the Cape Cod bike path. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches in both Chatham and Harwich. Central AC, three surround sound, hi-def TV areas. Gourmet kitchen. GREAT family reunion, or multi-family vacation home.

This home was completely renovated in 2007.

This property is beautifully decorated, landscaped and maintained. Hot tub is optional for an additional charge. Large entertaining deck with gas grill and plenty of seating. Linens are included.

About Kay Paff

We have owned our house since 1995, and rented it out in summers until 2006. We renovated it in 2007, and are renting it again this summer, 2012.

We have a long history on the Cape-we have vacationed here for decades (we are from Colorado.) We created wonderful vacation memories for our children as they learned to clam, quahog, fish, and generally love the ocean and life style here from a young age. There is no better place for a family summer vacation or family reunion than Cape Cod. It is truly a magical place.

What makes this house unique

Our home is ideally located in a wooded area near the very popular Ridgevale Beach. Ridgelvale is the only beach in Chatham that has a concession stand and port-a-potties. You can literally spend the day at the beach and never leave until you are ready to. Ridgevale is on the Nantucket Sound-warmer waters, calmer waves, and numerous water inlets lend it to safe and relaxing swimming, sun bathing, crabbing, etc.

We had a family get together in their lovely home. There was plenty of room for our 4 generational family. The pictures are nice, but the actual home is even better. Beautiful and so comfortable with a gourmet kitchen. It was clean and everything was organized and well thought out. We had yoga every morning in the back of the home on a spacious deck. The beach was just down the street close enough to walk and we were lucky enough to have great weather. Chatham center is lovely and just a short drive with many shops to wander around in. We spent most of our time and meals in the comfort of their home. I would definitely recommend their home and go back.



Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is a wonderful home to stay in and close to the beach. The house feels cozy and offers up a lot of room with a wonderful gourmet kitchen. I didn't want to leave this house!!! A GREAT place to stay.

The house is impeccable and lots of space with modern amenities. Loved the closeness to the different beaches and downtown by short car ride. Owners provided lots of helpful information for the town and the home was great for families with kids-lots of room for kids to play.
