While there are many wonderful restaurants close by, you may just want to enjoy an evening meal on the covered upper patio amongst the cherry trees. Maybe after dinner you can relax watching a Netflix movie on the big screen TV or have a soak in the 6 person therapy spa while watching the lights of the city.
There is ample room to find some quiet time. Coffee at the pool or on the upper patio, breakfast in the sun room or just sitting in the upper living room overlooking the pool and the amazing view.
There are pool toys, lots of games for the children and family, but of course that heated pool, (did I mention again it is heated?) will keep the children occupied for hours.
Golf courses, bike trails, hiking trails, playgrounds, wineries, beaches, boat launches and shopping are all close by. You will be delighted and filled with wonder of how to fit it all in!

I am a retired businessman. However, i am extremely busy as a song writer, musician and performer. My daughter and her husband and grandchildren live in Kelowna so I am very fortunate to be able to share in their lives. I try to give back to my community through performances at charitable fundraising events throughout the year.
I personally manage my home when it is opened up to guests. I stay in the area when my home is rented so that if any issues arise, i am there to attend to them quickly. I take my rentals very seriously. I understand how important it is for guests coming to say in my home for their much needed and much anticipated family vacation. To me, it is one of the most important times in my guests year that create memories that they take with them for a lifetime.

I guess the most attractive feature of my home is the rental price. If you compare my home to any other accomodation option in Kelowna, my home offers the very best value per person. Private pool and spas, beautiful home with an absolutely stunning view, all the ammenities, four indoor and outdoor dining locations and the list goes on..............well all I can say is my home is very very good value for such an important time in a families life together............ My home is very peaceful. It is in one of the most desirable areas to live in Kelowna. The home is very roomy and unpretentious. Guests feel very comfortable very quickly when they first arrive. I keep it very well maintained and it is filled will quality amenities. One of the many great things about my home is the number of living rooms. Even with larger groups, there is always a place to sit and relax away from the group. Plus the kitchen has just been completely upgraded from top to bottom as you can see from the pictures.The pool and spa are custom designed one piece fiberglass. The pool has large entry steps that provide a wonderful spot for mom's with young ones and those that have mobility challenges. It also has a lounger at the deep end which is very nice on an Okanagan hot summer's day. The property is very, very private and large. There is not a single window from neighbor's that look onto the private pool area yet it is wide open to take in the incredible view of Okanagan lake, the mountains, vineyards, the floating bridge and the city. At night the pool comes alive with all kinds of special lighting. From the custom fiber optic rainbow lighting of the pool and spa to the sparkling lights of the 15 ft palm tree. I really could go on and on about this place and if you wish to call me about other features, I would love to tell you more.
The location of my property is the biggest reason we moved to our home here in Kelowna. We didn't want to be on the west side because the bridge gets very busy in the summer and we would much rather drive beautiful lakeshore road to get downtown than to travel the very busy hyway 97 that links west side to downtown. Plus we were told that the Mission Hills area, which is where my home is, can be completely calm when almost all other areas are windy when the wind blows. Coming from Alberta this was very important and I am so happy with our decision. There are many times that you can see white caps on the lake yet at my place the wind is dead calm. The west side gets the most wind in the area because it blows down the lake from Penticton. Wind can make the difference on even the nicest of days. Then there are the views. They are spectacular from my home. They are also very interesting. Off to the right is the city, straight down the middle is the floating bridge and beyond. Off to the left is sunsets, lake, West side mountains. Plus you get the lights of the city at night which is spectacular. It's hard to explain but I've lived here 22 years and the views never get old and always amazes me. I love biking and i don't know of any other place i've been that is better for this than where i live. Every type of riding is available right from my driveway. Plus my neighbourhood is very peaceful. The road to my home takes me along Kelowna's best beaches, alongside orchards, up and down rolling hills...........I love it.
One of the top attractions in Kelowna is the weather. The temperatures in summer are hot. The wind is usually very still. This makes everything more peaceful. We get very little rain throughout the summer. Blue, blue skies.............and then there are the Beaches! There are 5 of Kelowna's best beaches within 5-10 mins from my home. There best beaches in Canada are in Kelowna! (ok, so mabie I am a little biased but they are beautiful and there are many. There are also many of Canada's best wineries within minutes. Summerhill, St. Hebertus, Cedar Creek just to mention a few. Golf courses are all around my area. From executive 9's to championship 18's and all kinds in between. There are 7 Soccor fields within a 8 min radius.
There is a great, and i do mean great (my grandkids go crazy over it) play center with two hillside tube slides and so much more plus a water park! 5 mins away!
There is super good biking all around my place. You can go through orchards, along creeks, down town, along the lakeshore...very much fun.
The famous Mira Canyon Trans Canada Bike trails are within 15 minutes for miles of easy slope riding. Through tunnels, over high trestles, wonderful. Chute lake is directly above the property with a wilderness road winding past the lake and down into Narramada Wine Country. There are over 80 mountain lakes in our area where there is good fishing, hiking and peace. There is also some great Zip lines in the area as well.
Kelowna is a place you should get to know because it will make you sooooooo happy you did!
