We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Victoria at this lovely 2BR condo. The condo was very nice and well equipped, with a beautiful view of Victoria's inner harbour. Excellent location,close to all required amenities - no car is required for this location. The owner was quite helpful and gave us an excellent tour of the condo and its amenities upon our arrival in Victoria. We will definitely return for another stay!

Excellent location in James Bay

My husband and I stayed at this condo during his radiation treatment at Royal Jubilee. It is in an excellent location in Victoria, within an easy walk to downtown and a mere 10-minute drive to the hospital. We appreciated its proximity to Beacon Hill Park as well, and enjoyed walking and biking in the lovely James Bay neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean and extremely well-stocked, having everything needed for a lengthy stay. The owner Anthony was very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended!

Well Situated, well equipped, well managed

We can vouch for all of the positive comments made in the other reviews that helped us choose this two-bedroom apartment in Roberts House. The view is superb (the best in town); the condo is recently renovated and very well equipped. The location in James Bay, close to downtown, Fisherman's Wharf, Beacon Hill Park, the Dallas Road waterfront, James Bay shopping, and Cook Street Village is also the best in town. The listing photos do not do the place justice. Everything was better than we expected.
Some other pleasant surprises: the building is well maintained and the other residents friendly. Unlike some other downtown locations available for rent, this one is, though central, restful and quiet. The swimming pool is very nice--large, nicely designed, and clean. We had a car in Victoria and found the garage accessible and easy to use. A visiting couple was able to obtain one of the spaces set aside for visitors.
We really appreciated the quality of the large and small appliances that came with the apartment. Everything that we needed for a two-month stay was thoughtfully provided. Tony, the owner, suggests a "pay it forward" policy whereby tenants leave extra goods behind for their successors. That means a plentiful supply of basics were on hand when we arrived.
In all, a very happy experience and one we'd be anxious to repeat in future.

We rented this condo in Victoria for the month of November. It was perfect in every way! The building and the condo are very well maintained and extremely clean. It was also very quiet. There was a minor issue within the building....but when we contacted the condo owner, he dealt with our needs in an extremely timely fashion! The condo had everything we needed! When we had nothing else to do we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the harbour - with all the boats and float planes coming and going and at night we admired the beautiful lights on the Parliament Buildings. It was also very handy to have groceries, coffee shop, pizza, pharmacy needs, a bank, etc within walking distance! We even walked to the Empress to watch the Santa Claus parade. Thanks so much!!!!!

This is a very clean and comfy condo, with all amenities - everything feels new and well maintained. The location is excellent - just far enough from downtown for peaceful nights, with easy walking to everything downtown has to offer. The views are really amazing. We stayed here for a month and were thrilled with our entire stay. You can tell the owners care about making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would come back again in a heartbeat, and are happy to recommend it for any length of stay. Thank you Anthony & Jennifer.
