Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This beautiful Gulf-front condo is the perfect vacation/getaway spot for couples or families of all ages. Located on the quiet lighthouse end of the island you will feel as if you are on your own private beach! The complex has only 14 units, the white sand, pristine beach abounds with seashells, shorebirds and dolphins playing offshore. Fishing is great also! A 26 mile bike path is just across the street and connects to the rest of the island. Strolling the beach is awesome- 15-20 minutes to the east brings you to the lighthouse and fishing pier, to the west it seems like an endless , idyllic stroll (actually about 10 miles if you wish).

The condo, #107, is fully equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make you feel at home, should you wish to prepare and enjoy meals or snacks or simply relax.The master bedroom suite has it's own bath and flat screen TV/DVD, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV/DVD also. A wonderful gulf front, screened in lanai enhances your pleasure while reading, relaxing or staring and listening to the lull of the Gulf of Mexico- a truly unique experience!

About The Owner

My wife and I have been vacationing on Sanibel Island since 1986 and decided to purchase our condo in 2005. Our children loved coming here and still do as young adults. The feeling of truly being away in a relaxed, beautiful ocean front setting is still a thrill regardless of how often we come here, an experience we're sure our guests will enjoy!

Gulf Beach is a unique place, being only 14 units you feel you are staying on a private beach and the pool is NEVER crowded. Also arriving at the airport is a pleasure and easily the most user friendly airport/car rental access we've experienced anywhere in the world.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy birdwatching and nature in general which is what first attracted us to Sanibel. This area is one of the premiere birding and nature areas in the country. There are also many unique and wonderful dining establishments here which we thoroughly enjoy.

The owner of this condo was very accommodating to our request of working around our schedule for our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. The building is small and quiet, with great access to the beach. The pool was nice and had very few other people using it. Overall we had a great time on the islands.

We spent a week on Sanibel in June and fell in love with the island and just had to come back. When I contacted Alex he was gracious and accomodating. The condo is nicely appointed and the pool and beach are fantastic.

Perfect!

We were looking forward to a week of relaxing on Sanibel and this unit was perfect in every way. Not only was it clean, well-appointed and comfortable, it had beautiful gulf views from almost every room! The beach was great for walking and shelling or for just sitting under an umbrella gazing out at the blue-green water. The pool was large with plenty of chairs and loungers with lots of tropical landscaping. Alex, the owner, was very accommodating in helping us schedule our vacation and though we arrived after hours, the property manager had a detailed rental packet waiting in the lock box. The week flew by much too quickly but we look forward to returning again soon and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for such an enjoyable getaway!

Great Family Vacation

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Short walk on boardwalk to beach, great ocean/beach view from condo. Large pool, not crowded at all. Enjoyed walking to lighthouse, saw dophlins, variety of birds and collected lots of shells. Condo had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Loved the storage closet, fully stocked with umbrellas, chairs, etc. Hope to return to this condo.

Great Sanibel Condo!

As a kid my parents brought our family to this same building every summer for vacation and I couldn't wait to bring my husband and his family. The building location is great; there aren't as many larger hotels on the east end so it's a bit quieter and it's very convenient getting on and off the island. There are plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive (I recommend Island Cow and Lighthouse Cafe) or short bike ride, and the lighthouse is only a short walk away. The condo is a great size for 5-6 people, enough room for everyone to be comfortable, very clean and well maintained, with everything you need to feel right at home. The screened lanai is perfect for enjoying the view with your morning coffee or an evening drink. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating while making our reservation. I highly recommend this condo and hope to be back soon.
