House, 1 Bedroom + Loft + Den, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-7)

Escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in a relaxing, laid back lifestyle that cannot be duplicated. 706 Canal is a small, family sized beach cottage. There is no need to round up 25 of your friends and share a mega mansion just to go on vacation. This family sized retreat is the perfect spot. See the wild horses wander freely. Enjoy the decks. Take long walks. Sit on the 4x4 beach. Decompress! You have earned this vacation...slow down and enjoy it.

This cottage has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. A loft with a pullout couch that hides a queen size bed. A room downstairs with a queen size futon and a chair on the main floor that pulls out to a twin bed. There is one bathroom and an outside shower.

There is a full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and a washer and dryer.

My best advice to you to is to say "a 4x4 is required". I am often asked if I think an AWD or non 4x4 vehicle will suffice. I simply don't know. I drive a 4x4 and recommend that you do too. If you choose to reserve without having access to a vehicle that can transport you to the house, I will not refund your payment (yes, it has happened!)
