Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom home is conveniently located under 3 miles from the base of Stowe. Home features a modern open floor plan which can comfortably accommodate larger groups. Large eat in kitchen has all new appliances and seating for 12. The home's living room has a wood burning fireplace, a 50 inch flat screen TV with direct TV, a leather sectional, and control of the house's indoor/outdoor speakers. There is a master suite with a king size bed and private bath and a loft for additional sleeping area if needed...perfect for kids! This home has two additional large bedrooms, one having a queen bed, the other 2 twin beds and a double. Adjoining bathroom for these bedrooms has a large marble steam shower and whirlpool tub perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Outside also includes a newly built deck with stainless steel grill.

Why the Owner Chose Stowe:: Skiing, shopping, biking and some of the best restaurants in the state. The town of Stowe is also very relaxing and easy going, so it's a great place to get away to for the week or just weekend.

The Unique Benefits at this House:: Year Purchased: 2009 - Day or night skiing/snowboarding, biking, running or walking on the bike path located .02 miles away. Going to the farmers market on Sunday located 1.5 miles from the house.
