House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Key West style home (2400 sq.ft.) is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation or winter away from the cold weather. You can relax and enjoy your vacation just steps away from the white powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a comfy livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The 2 front balconies are perfect for morning coffee and sunsets. The large screened in deck in the back is great for relaxing, entertaining and outdoor meals.

Each bedroom has an LCD flat screen HD TV, 600 thread ct, linen sheets, ceiling fans and full bathrooms.

The master bedroom features king size bed, large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks, new carpet and view of the gulf.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and new carpet.

The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed which can be used as a king size bed or 2 twins (very comfortable). This room also has a balcony.

There is a fenced in backyard with a large gate to accommadate boat and trailer or RV and 2 garages with automatic doors.

There is an elevator for use upon request.

RELAXING WONDERFUL MEMORIES

The house was beautiful and as was as described. The only thing was the ocean views were limited. A few steps to the beach and we were enjoying white sand beaches and blue green water. The house was well furnished with chairs and umbrellas and soft soft sheets. Everyone in our party was very pleased with what I had found. This was my niece's first visit to Anna Maria Island and she loved it. We were able to observe a wedding on the beach which was a plus for us.We can hardly wait to come back again next year..The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and also the cleaning people were done at 12:30 pm and we were able to check in early rather than wait until 3:00 pm. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives. There was a gift shop in walking distance and also a Tiki Bar that played music at night. We were looking forward to taking pictures of a beautiful sunset but every evening was cloudy. I have been to other places on the island and if the weather permits the sunsets are fantastic. We ate at the Bradenton Beach Pier and Restaurant and food was very good. We will be counting the months until we can return .

This home is fabulous, super clean, very well maintained and had everything we needed. It's location is great (two houses from the beach) and the beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas they provided were greatly appreciated. The sheets were high quality and the furnishing comfortable and upscale. The owners were responsive and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental property and can't wait to rent here again. Don't miss the ice cream at Joe's Sweets and Treats . . . it's to die for!

My family and I just recently stayed at the house for 2 weeks. We had an awesome time on the Island. The house is amazing! It is spotless and has everything you could possibly need for your convenience. It is decorated beautifuly, the screened in porch in the back was so nice, very upscale. We were very happy with this house and would highly recommend it to everyone. The owners are very nice and helpful.
You are just one and half houses away from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping is right around you within walking distance yet you are on a quiet street. We plan on returning to the house next year.

Great Memories!

What a wonderful vacation we had in this beautiful beach home. It is so spacious and comfortable. There were six adults in our party and we never had a problem finding a place in the house if we wanted a little privacy. Our favorite thing about the house was the huge screened porch off the main floor. We spent time every day out there playing cards or dominoes, enjoying happy hour, dining or just relaxing. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, including many extra touches like coffee, flavored creamer, tea, soda, even a box of chocolates! The location is great - just steps from the beach and the trolley line. Bob and Darlene have done a great job making their guests feel welcome. We definitely feel like this is our new home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay. This is our third time to Anna Maria Island and our first time to this lovely home. We will be back. Darlene and Bob did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with us before and after the visit. They were very accomodating. Thank you Darlene and Bob. We will bring you a fresh jar of Strawberry Jam next time we come to visit again.
