CHARMING MIDTOWN 1 BED APT NEAR THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

Perfect Location with lots of Delis, Bars and Metro-Stations right around the corner. Very good basis to reach the Empire State Building late at night to avoid the long waiting line. Benoit was very helpful und gave us many advices for our complication-free stay in New York. The apartment was exactly like described, clean and fully equiped for a pleasant every day life in the city.

Nuestra estancia en Nueva York ha sido perfecta gracias, entre otras cosas al apartamento. Su localización es única, a 50 metros escasos del Empire State Building. Es el alojamiento perfecto para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad(Times Square, 5ª Avenida, Empire State Buiding, Central Park,...).
Por si alguien tiene aún alguna duda, cabe resaltar que las fotos son idénticas a lo que uno se encuentra cuando llega al apartamento, el cual está muy limpio y bien conservado. Además, tiene todo lo necesario de lo que pueda hacer falta en cualquier casa(cubiertos, toallas, artículos de limpieza, wifi, televisión, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, calefacción...). Además, como el sofá cama puede resultar un poco pequeño, hay un colchón hinchable comodísimo y perfecto para dormir dos personas.
Si todo esto no fuera suficiente, hay que hacer mención especial a Benoît, el dueño del apartamento. Todos los elogios son pocos para describir su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Solo me queda agradecerle personalmente que nos haya hecho de la estancia en Nueva York una experiencia inolvidable.

This is the perfect NYC apartment - it has everything you'll need for a very comfortable stay plus it's centrally located right in the heart of midtown Manhattan. As mentioned in previous reviews, the apartment was very quiet, we only heard the typical outdoor sounds of the city (which is part of the NYC experience!), never the neighbors. The main living area had plenty of room and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the secure building entrance and having a doorman in the lobby. The location is walking distance to so many areas of interest within the city and to subway stations for traveling beyond. The local neighborhood has many different restaurants, bars and pubs to choose from (plus souvenir shops). We shopped at a nearby market and a CVS store for food and beverage items. We enjoyed the open kitchen in the apartment for preparing breakfast each morning before we headed out on our "adventure" for the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing food and cooking, plus it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator also. It was still quite warm and humid during our stay (the last week of September), so we definitely appreciated having A/C in the apartment. Apartment living is such a more fun and "real" experience while staying in NYC, as opposed to staying in a hotel. We hope to come back again some day, next time in winter.
