We love this community because it offers so many amenities to make your stay special, and it is also quiet and relaxing, such that you will not feel the hectic vibe that can emanate from one of the most popular vacation towns in Maryland. This townhome's location is right on the Bay, which boasts a wonderful view of the sunset from the private deck.
Our three story townhome features three bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. On the first level is the den, which is also equipped with a full sized pullout sofa bed which can serve as a fourth bedroom. A ½ bath is conveniently located just outside the den. On the second level, overlooking the bay, is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a private bathroom and a large closet. There is a walkout deck off the master bedroom, perfect for sitting and watching the wildlife. The second bedroom, on the same level, has a queen sized bed and a private bath. On the third level is a loft bedroom with a view of the bay. It features a full sized bed, private bath, and a large walk-in closet. Each bedroom comes equipped with a TV.
Relax in the spacious living room with views of the bay through the sliding glass doors and window. Meals may be cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed in the dining area or on the deck with your family and guests.
Off the deck is a backyard that can be used as a play area for children.
The private boat slip is available for your boat or other water craft during your stay.
Beach chairs and an outside grill are available.
Wi-Fi is also available for your convenience.
Take a break from the beach and visit Northside Park just a few blocks away. The 58 acre park has a large playground, picnic areas, 1/4 mile fishing pier, running course, bike paths and ball fields. Putt-putt golf, movie theaters, water parks, amusement parks, and the bustling boardwalk are located a short drive away. Restaurants, grocery stores, movie rentals, take-out food and medical care are within walking distance of the unit.

One dog per rental is permitted upon prior approval of the owners.
Ocean City and Heron Harbor have a noise ordinance, which prohibits us from allowing tenants to host house parties in our home. House parties, or exceeding the house limit approved in the contract will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund of the security deposit.
Renters provide their own linens, towels and paper products.
