We have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta since 2001 and have found this to be the perfect winter time vacation spot offering everything one needs without renting a car!

What makes this condo unique

Take the elevator to first floor and then walk directly to beach. 10 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minute walk to Malecon.

Great Stay..Nice Location

Stayed here for two weeks and then decided to re-rent for an additional 2 weeks in February. Staff wonderful-very nice location. Walk down right onto the beach. Nice pool. Furniture little hotel looking but overall wonderful experience. Right in the heart of the gay beach! Looking forward to renting this coming year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
