The Lewis and Clark Caverns is a 45 minute drive away. Hyalite Lake is a 45 minute drive. 'Mystic Lake' 'Bear Creek' Walking Trails are just up the road.
Our five bedroom, two bath, ranch home, is newly remodeled, and outfitted with everything that you will need for a vacation experience that you will never forget. We boast 2,400 square feet of Western Hospitality. Our kitchen and expansive dining room table will seat your entire family. Two slate rock fireplaces, leather sofas, Western, Wildlife and Native American decor take you to another time, reflecting the herritage of this Montana Territory.
We have been in the vacation rental business since 2002, with two other properties, Bear Creek Log Cabin in Bozeman, and, Cottage by-the-lake in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and, we know how to treat our guests and many return to visit, year after year. Bedrooms are well appointed, high quality (brand new) mattresses, luxury bed and bath linnens, for a great nights sleep. We have used log and barwood materials in our furniture; art work, and amenities blend together to give you a comfortable 'at home' feeling.
Our furnished covered dining patio out back, and the gas grill, will be the evening focal point of your intimate or larger family gatherings while you watch the wildlife; deer, elk, wild turkeys, eagles (Golden and Bald Eagles), moose in the back yard.
The Ranch overlooks a working black angus ranch; if you are lucky, you may witness the bi-annual cattle drive up Bear Canyon Road to and from the Gallatin National Forest.
The kitchen at Bear Creek Ranch Home makes us proud; all new fine dishes, silverware, cookware in our sparkling clean and well stocked with the things like spices, cork screws, etc.. that you will need to make the most simple or the most elaborate meal.
The lower level has its own 'Family Entertainment Room' with a large comfy sectional, wide screen TV, and its own oak table and chairs for playing cards and board games by the fireplace.
The upper, main level has the master suite with king bed, plenty of closet space, and its own sitting area for reading or napping.
Another, smaller bedroom is on the main floor, outfitted with a log frame bunk bed and plenty of storage also. The lower bunk has a special comfy mattress in case you ring your mother or grandmother along and they need a great room on the main floor.
The lower level (NOT a basement) has three bedrooms, two are larger ones with one queen sized bed in each. The third bedroom has log bunk beds like the ones on the main level.
