House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

'UNCLE FUZZY'S' LAKEFRONT HOME with Separate Guest Cottage has one of the easiest walks to the water that you will find on Beaver Lake. When you step off the back deck of this 3 bdrm / 2 bath LAKEFRONT home it is a short walk over a mainly grass covered lawn until you get to the shoreline. (Guest Cottage has 1 bdrm / 1 bath and full kitchen just 15 ft from main house.)

With four + one TV's all with satellite reception, a screened in furnished sunporch off the dining room, propane grill on the deck that a chef would enjoy, there is something for almost everyone to enjoy.

You can also swim and fish off the owners dock/swim deck which is right in front of this cabin.

Queen Beds in the master and bdrm #2 and a Double Bed in bdrm #3 sleeps 6 very comfortably. Room on the floor for sleeping bags, but there is not a sofa sleeper available. Guest Cottage has Double Bed to sleep 2 comfortably, sofa available for a third person, but it is not a sofa sleeper.

Ammenities include washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TWO fully equipped modern kitchens and more....
