The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, one block to Granville Street(Shopping @ Pacific Centre, Theatres and Clubs). On Robson Street, within a 2 block radius you will find the Library and Art Gallery and, of course, the famous Robson Street Shopping. One block to Starbucks and the local transit is 1 minute from the front door, the Skytrain is located within a 5 minute walk.

We have been renting furnished 1 and 2 bedroom condos in Downtown and Yaletown for the last 11 years. We enjoy meeting our new and repeat guests from around the world.

Location, Location, Location...Step out the front entrance of the building and you are on Robson Street, minutes to shopping, Theatre, Granville Entertainment District, and all Tourist attractions in Vancouver.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $60.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED CONDO!

The location of the condo is excellent - quick walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Edgar met us at the condo on time and was incredibly helpful in recommending sightseeing spots (including those that were lesser-known to the average tourist but still worth checking out!). The condo was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more! (I.e. Every kitchen gadget you can think of, extra towels, toilet paper, etc.) The balcony was great for those evenings you just wanted to eat in. All in all, we were extremely pleased and had a wonderful week-long stay in the condo.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

I loved staying at this condo, it was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked and the washer and dryer was an added bonus. It was central to downtown, the area was safe and clean, the buses were convenient and the restaurants we close by. The owner, Ed, made our stay easy and pleasant: he is extremely knowledgeable about Vancouver and the surrounding areas, as well as the different modes of transportation. He was very helpful when I was booking our reservations, making it very very easy to do so. I appreciate that he called me before arriving to give me additional information for our stay and I am extremely grateful for his attentiveness to every detail of our stay. My husband and I would stay here without hesitation when we visit Vancouver again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Vancouver. Edgar was an incredible gracious and helpful host, and his apartment is fully appointed with everything you need to feel "at home" while visiting beautiful Vancouver. The photos are right-on, and give you a great sense as to what you'll expect when you arrive. While small, the place is well laid-out, and truly has everything you need to relax and unwind. Super close to everything (15 minute walk to Stanley Park, Gastown, etc.) including public transportation. I'd definitely stay here over a hotel any time we visit Vancouver again.
