The unit is a corner suite located on the 7th floor. Secured building access by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a gym and patio on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, one block to Granville Street(Shopping @ Pacific Centre, Theatres and Clubs). On Robson Street, within a 2 block radius you will find the Library and Art Gallery and, of course, the famous Robson Street Shopping. One block to Starbucks and the local transit is 1 minute from the front door, the Skytrain is located within a 5 minute walk.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25 to reserve the accommodation.

Great Downtown Location

Great location, easy access for pedestrians. Easy walk to most areas of downtown and since its only a few minutes walk from both Skytrain Lines it's a great jumping off point to the rest of Greater Vancouver as well. Kitchen is very well equipped and it has a very nice bath. Two grocery stores within 2 blocks. Liquor stores near by. Lots of shopping, restaurants, pubs/bars and music venues within only a few blocks. I will rent this suite again on future visits to Vancouver.

Anniversary in Vancouver

We were excited to stay in Edgar's condo because his reviews were so great. However we never met Edgar. The condo was as represented, but unlike every other VRBO we have experienced there was nothing in the kitchen other than an odd assortment of cookware. One very small frying pan. There wasn't even any salt. The kind woman who let us in had little information. She was eventually able to access the wifi, but had no advise on anything about the building or Vancouver itself. She did not know how we could get a taxi and there was no phone book. We had no idea how to exit or where to leave the key without texting Edgar. We were disappointed that our experience in this condo in the heart of Vancouver was not as enjoyable as he reviews led us to believe.

Owner's Response: Hello Jane, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of the condo during your recent stay with us! I am sorry that were not able to meet, however, I corresponded to all your emails and answered all your questions and spoke to you twice on the date of your arrival. Since you where delayed in your arrival I had to proceed to do another VRBO checkin and left my assistant to wait for you and assist with your checkin. Should you have wanted to talk to me I was available. It is sad that you say there is nothing in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with a complete 8 set dish set, cutlery and glasses, etc. You maybe overlooked but in the kitchen there is a toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixing bowls, cutting boards, kettle, assortment of cooking pots and YES even one standard frying pan. As you could appreciate, due to health reasons and insurance liabilities I don't any cooking condiments. In the past if a guest advised that they needed ie, extra cooking utensils I will provide them. I am sorry that you felt no information was given to you about Vancouver at your checkin, we give two tourist maps to each guest and point basic tourist area. There are current Vancouver magazines in the livingroom and BC and Vancouver tourist books for your reference in the office area. As for information on the building, we walk every guest to the parking stall and show how the secured gates work, use of the elevator, tell everyone the floor of the gym and garbage. The building is small and no additional information is really needed. We provide a complimentary telephone land line in the unit, however you are correct no directory is provided since everyone searches information on the WEB, ie, telephone numbers, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. Since the condo building is located opposite the Telus Corporate office, we have excellent telephone service ADSL Turbo WiFi, and if it needs to be reset we assist in doing it. Even though our cell phones worked on the WiFi, yours did not, this sometimes happens because of different devices. However my assistant stayed until you where able to access the internet. We go over the checkout process on your arrival, and if on the checkout date the guest forgets or has a question you would contact me. Which you did and I advised you. It is sad that you both did not enjoy your visit to Vancouver, but I am more disappointed that you didn't contact me during your stay so I could address all of your concerns with the unit. Edgar

Great condo, great location, really well equipped and Edgar was very helpful and accommodating. So easy to walk anywhere from here and very close to transport links. I will recommend this condo to anyone I know visiting Vancouver.

This 1 bedroom condo is in a great location: two blocks from skytrain and The Bay/Pacific Centre mall, close to the Vancouver Art Gallery and shopping on Robson Street, handy to restaurants in Yaletown (Provence Marinaside) or the downtown core (Cin Cin, Hawksworth, Joe Fortes), an easy walk to the coal harbour seawall and there is even a grocery store just steps away (H Mart or IGA).

The property is very quiet and secure, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen is furnished with every tool and appliance you could ever need to make yourself at home for either a short or a longer stay. The small balcony would be a perfect place to enjoy in nice weather and the corner aspect of the condo gives it plenty of light and views of the downtown skyline.

This compact bijoux residence was the perfect place for a city get-away and was very comfortable indeed.

Vanocuver's Little Gem

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. You do not need to have a car because sky train and transit very close and easy to use. Three grocery stores and liquor store within two blocks. It's right downtown very close to shopping, theaters, BC Place and Rogers arena.

This little gem is now our favorite place to stay in Vancouver and can not wait to be able to book it again.
