With an about 1,550 square feet living area under air, the house provides a master suite with master bath, one guest bedrooms with one guest bathroom, which has enough space for 4 people. The living room has a big screen TV. The pool is facing south. On the backside there are a large creek and a boot dock belonging to the house. This house makes you feel at home from the first moment on. Distances to Siesta Key Beach approximately 3 minutes and Casey Key Beach are approximately 10 minutes by car. Distances to Publix and Stores are approximately 3 minutes by car, walking distance.
