The home was absolutely perfect for our family get-away to the East Coast. Patrice and Jerry met us at the home and were extremely nice and helpful with anything that we needed. The home was clean, spacious, very close to the beach and numerous restaurants, and very well-maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. I would very highly recommend this home for anyone who needs a week or longer of relaxation away from it all!!! Thanks again to Jerry and Patrice and we certainly hope to return in the future!

Such an amazing place to stay only topped by the amazing owners! A beach getaway just steps away to the sandy shore yet bordered by a beautiful grassy area for those not wanting to venture on the sandy beach. The home is beautifully laid out for couples getting away, families with other children or families with elderly guest having a private bedroom and full bathroom on the lower level and bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. Family room and living room, dining room and full eat in kitchen provides multiple areas for families and guest to fully enjoy their getaway! Love the community, close to shopping, restaurants, cultural centers, waterfront activities.....the list goes on and on! This is a sure headturner from beginning to end! Dont' miss it!

We stayed at Bayview while visiting family in the area and loved the house. It is equipped with everything; huge kitchen with plenty of pans and serving dishes, and even essentials like oil, salt and sugar that are inconvenient to have to buy for vacation cooking. We had 3 people cooking Christmas dinner at the same time, and plenty of room to work. There is a lovely dining room (even an extra leaf in the table, that accommodated our group of 12 easily; plus some other small tables we could have expanded to); living room AND family room. For those who have mobility issues: my mom doesn't do steps well any more and she found the three low, broad steps to the porch easy to negotiate; then once inside there is a full bathroom (and bedroom) on the first floor making it very easy for her to get around. The house is light and bright during the day, cosy at night, and everything was spotlessly clean. I grew up close by and the house is in one of the most beautiful locations in the area. We would love to come back some day. Thank you Patrice and Jerry for decorating so beautifully and making it a special family Christmas for us!
