LUXURY RENTAL ON THE RIVER

We rented this house in mid-April for one week. It was my turn to host our family reunion and I wanted it to be special. Our stay here was indeed very special. There were 9 of us from my 90 year old Pop to my little brother - all "mature" adults.

We had the greatest time playing ping pong, pool, hanging out in the spa & pool, fishing from the private dock which was also perfect for my boat. The lagoon has little to no current but access to the main Colorado River channel is a mere 100 yards away. The community boat launch ramp is within eyesight and is easily accessible.

Once we shopped for the week's food and drink, we rarely left the house except in the boat. Casino Row on the Laughlin, Nevada side is a short boat ride upriver.

The house is really pretty spectacular. From the gourmet kitchen that opens into a huge dining / family room to the ample-sized rooms with large closets and bathrooms to an extravagant master suite with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The bottom floor is a huge game room with a bar and kitchenette. This opens to the pool and spa area. The views are incredible from all 3 floors. The garage at this place is big enough for a boat trailer and 3 more cars.

If there was one draw back to this place it would be the multitude of stairs. We knew this going in to the deal because the pictures and the conversations with the owner on the phone and via email were very forthright and honest. However, this should be considered and compared to your group's physical capabilities. We kept my Pop on the main floor most of the time so he didn't have to deal with many stairs at all, an easy work around.

We did heat the pool and spa a few times while we were there and worked out a reasonable rate with the owner for that. It was well worth it.

Overall, my family was very pleased and impressed with the house. I also found the owner to be very responsive, accomodating and extremely easy to work with from the beginning to the end. We were able to meet him while we were there - a real neat guy. There were no issues at all getting my deposit back.

We rented this house for a week, it is amazing. We had my parents Me, my husband, uncle and the 4 teenagers. The house is so big, and has 7 bathrooms no need to wait for 1 :) Me and My husband were lucky enough to have the master bedroom, what a treat that was and the view was amazing. You can see the bottom of the river , it is so clear and a lot of carp(we think that is what they are or huge Bass)

The kitchen is a dream. We made every meal in the house, took full advantage of the kitchen. Great Meals............... The patio and deck is a great place to eat at.

We walked across to the other side that you view, it is a great nature walk. You do see some cyotes, but they should not bother you. It is a great walk.

We all enjoyed the Hot tub and pool, pool was a little cool, could of been warmer, but still nice. We also loved a good game in Ping pong and Pool.

I would recomend this House for familys we are lucky to have found it we thank our parents for such great memories, and the owner to share there Home.

We rented this house last May and it was the best experience. The hosue was better than we imagined, rooms are huge everything is top of the line. House has two laundry rooms, a huge kitchen and a smaller downstairs kitchen. Intercom thru out the house. Ping pong table, pool table and much more.
It had linens, barbecue grill and a bunch of extras.
Already contacted the owner to rent again.
