St Augustine Beach house is a lovely one level single family modern home with high ceilings and is located on Anastasia Island. There are no steps so the home may be suitable for people with some walking difficulties, both showers have one small step and are the walk-in type.
The house is modern and was custom built in 1998 by a local quality builder. The home has features such as corian counter tops and marble windowsills. the lvign room is open plan to the kitchne
There is a new 42inch FLAT SCREEN TV in the living room with satellite TV.
The master suite is large. there is a KING SIZE BED with a luxury matress and brand new bedroom quality furniture
The master bath has a large separate walk in shower
there is an oversized tub . There is a large walk in closet complete with full length mirror.
The home is split bedroom plan so the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the home
The second bedroom has built in shelves and has 2 twin beds with good matresses.The house bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom
The 3rd bedroom has an armoire for clothes and has a LUXURY QUEEN BED WITH A POSTERPEDIC SEALEY MATTRESS.
The living room is spacious and open plan to the kictchen
there is a full wall of glass doors leading to the covered outdoor dining area.
it is a full kitchen with a full size stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
the kitchen is well equipped with pots,plates, pans,coffee maker, toaster etc. there is a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling
The house is located between the beach and the intra coastal waterway.It is in a very peaceful private residential area at the end of a cul de sac. This would be an ideal chice if you are looking for a peaceful break yet close to the beach- less than a mile.
It is 1 mile to the drive on beach entrance so much more convenient- take everything with you!!! there is also public parking by the pier or down at Crescent beach.
It is a few minutes drive to the nearest bar and restaurants, or a 15 minute walk. It has a private fenced back garden which faces South and has a lovely new patio dining set.
Our home is on Anastasia Island within very easy reach of all the ameneties you can even bike to the beach and we provide 2 adult beach bikes for you to use.
The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and you dont have traffic noise.

Refundable damage deposit is $250. The deposit can be held against a credit card.

all the furniture is brand new and expensive - So treat yourself to a little luxury at our home that we use ourselves in the winter.
