Missoula Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)
PLEASE NOTE: The extensive remodel on our lovely Suite 8-2 is taking longer than expected. The time and effort will reap incredible design rewards however. We'll keep you posted here on how things develop. ***Meanwhile please check out our other unit in the Wilma building #486910. Look forward to 14 ft exposed old brick walls and city-loft appeal. #486910 was remodeled last year and guests are loving it.
A river indeed runs through it! The Clark Fork river runs through the heart of our town and is lined with walking trails, parks and attractions. Situated at the center of it all, sits the historic Wilma Building, newly restored as individual condo units. Many of these artful contemporary spaces are available as short-tern rentals. Our unit is an especially coveted destination because it is on the highest floor, facing both the river and the main park area. Being situated on the southwest side of the building also means our guests have a ringside seat for amazing sunsets. You can take a comfortable chair to the window and watch the farmer's market, kayakers on the river, as well as frequent festivals and musicians in the permanent tent below. The building has a restored theatre with varied events, performers and movies. There's lots of good food in downtown Missoula, but why go further than Scotty's Table on the lower floor of the Wilma. You'll be surprised at how much is in walking distance. You can even catch a beautiful trout within view of your lodging without ever getting in your car.
We have decorated in a fresh contemporary way. Guests have reported loving the modern colors, the abundant light and the original art.
Be sure to check out our Rock Creek secluded cabin, listing #184692. We can also discuss arranging combined stays, where you experience the pleasure of both country seclusion and city culture.
**Please check out our other two listings: #486910 a 5th floor river view condo in the Wilma and #184692 a three bedroom home on the great trout fishery Rock Creek; (about 90 miles from Missoula).

Why The Owner chose Missoula
We loved the oportunity of being part of a historic restoration at the heart of a town we adore. The decision was not just about investment, it was a decision to give back to community. Staying in the building is an experience, enjoyable enough that we use it for our out-of-town guests and as premiums in local nonprofit auctions. OK, we can also imagine living there when we get even-older. What an artful old age that would make!
What makes this condo unique
We're very active people, but one of the most compelling features of this unit is perspective. We like grabbing some tea or vintage wine; pulling up a comfortable chair and then enjoying a tremendous range of activities below. We also like running down and participating, then retreating with friends back to the eight floor, separated yet still part of the action.
