Photos and Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental
Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This 12th floor direct ocean front condo was completely renovated in 2011 including all new furniture and appliances. The AC system and hot water heater were also replaced. Almost everything in this condo is new (including the kitchen sink!).

The views from the patio are spectacular. With southern exposure, winter guests will enjoy the warm sunshine throughout the day. Your view from the patio is completely unobstructed looking south towards Ponce Inlet including excellent views of the intercoastal waterway.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a walk in closet and a vanity area. The master bathroom has a large step up tub with shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Seychelles condo offers underground secured parking, a large indoor jacuzzi, walk-in sauna,an exercise room, private heated outdoor pool & patio with furniture, shuffleboard, and a barbecue area with gas grills. The pool area also has bathrooms which is nice if you plan on spending the day by the pool or on the beach.

The walkway to the beach is secured, and there are only a few steps from the pool area to the beach (Many of the condos in this area have 20-30 steps to get down to the beach which is a real pain when carrying beach chairs, coolers, canopies, etc. down to the beach).

Seychelles condo is located on a section of no-drive beach, which is really nice if you have young kids or if you want to take a peaceful walk on the beach. (If you like driving on the beach, the closest beach ramp is only a half mile away).

Seychelles condo is conveniently located on South Atlantic Avenue approximately 1/2 mile south of the Dunlawton bridge. There are some great local restaurants close by, and there are also numerous other attractions in the area (besides the beach).

My family and I lived in Orlando from 2000 to 2006. We currently live near Houston, Texas, but we still love visiting Florida, and one day we plan to retire there.

15th Year Visiting Daytona

This was our 15th year as a family at Daytona, and it never lets us down. We visited Disney, celebrated our daughters 12th birthday, swam and ate!

Christmas Holiday

My family stayed at this condo for Christmans eve and Christmans day and had a great time.

The facility was easily accessed and the amenities were clean and enjoyable. The condo itself was well appointed, newly redecorated, with flat screen tvs in every room. The veiw of the ocean is spectacular!

Christmas day we went to Daytona beach which is less than half an hour away. We enjoyed ice skating on the promenade, putt putt, and a movie.

All in all an excellent way to spend Christmas.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our Stay at the Condo

Our stay at this condo was even more than we expected. Everything that is advertised is wonderful. This condo has everything you need to make a vacation perfect. It is in a great location and within walking distance of several restaurants which are all very good and reasonably priced. The owners went overboard in helping us feel at home and suggesting places to eat. The condo and the entire property is beautifully decorated, very clean and well organized. We would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting the Daytona Beach area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious beachfront condo with spectacular ocean views from the living room AND the master bedroom. You can see for miles down the beach and we especially enjoyed the view of the Ponce Inlet lighthouse in the distance. We found the underground parking so convenient and the designer décor absolutely delightful. Our favorite meal was a walk down the beach at Crabby Joe’s on the pier – great atmosphere - great food - great drink! We highly recommend this relaxing vacation and hope to return soon!!
