Direct Waterfront home with own private beach. This beach home has unbelievable water and sunset views. Situated on a quiet street, this home is only 45 minutes from Miami, less then 2 hours from Key West and 10 minutes to Islamorada. Bring your boat or simply fish, snorkel or dive directly from the beach or private 300 foot fishing pier and boat dock.

The home has a large gated private yard with a palm lined beach. At night you can light the entire beach with gas tiki torches while you relax by the water.

Brand New and Clean: this home was extensively renovated, kitchen has state of the art appliances including a gas burning stove. Entire home has hand scraped hardwood floors. Each room has been professionally decorated in a tropical style to get you into the Florida Keys island mood.

Best vacation ever

This beach front home really is spectacular. My family (two sets of parents with two kids each, one set of grandparents and an uncle) all stayed for a week. The house had plenty of room for everyone, the large bonus room area upstairs was especially nice, with two sofa beds and a tv for the kids. The swimming pool is perfect for little ones, it is not very deep and not too big, and there is an outdoor shower which was very convenient. You can snorkel right out your back door and fish off of the end of the dock. The house is close to supermarkets and restaurants (we liked Ballyhoo's), and the Wild Bird Center is right around the corner. We have rented vacation homes all over the US, and this home with its stunning location is truly one of the best.

Great Location for a relaxing vacation

The house and property were beatiful. Clear water for snorkeling and fun during the day and great sunsets every night. Loaction is perfect for day trips to the Everglades and Key West. Also be sure to take the snorkeling tour of the coral reefs at nearby John Pennekamp State Park.

The home is in need of a few minor repairs and could have better kitchen suppliers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
