Upstairs in the loft there are two beds one Queen and one full. There is also a full size couch in the loft (great for little kids to sleep on). Outside there is a large deck with a Propane BBQ.

My name is Deborah and I have had my cabin since 1989. This cabin has been so special to my family and we have shared so many wonderful times at the cabin. I have been a hardcore skier most all of my life and have skied at Crystal Mountain for years. I truly hope that anyone who stays at the Cabin will enjoy every moment they are there.
There are so many activities to enjoy and if your not up for a lot of activities the cabin is the perfect place to just hang out and unwind from the crazy city life and spend quality time with your family and friends.
The Owner purchased this cabin in 1989
For skiing at Crystal Mountain. Crystal Mountain is the best mountain to ski at in the state of Washington. In addition we have enjoyed so much more over the years hiking in the Rainier National forest, biking, snowshoeing, golfing in Enumclaw and just hanging out and relaxing at the cabin reading books, playing games and watching movies. You will love it here.
This property is located in Crystal River Ranch, which is an Elk Sanctuary. The last time I counted the herd there were 43 elk. It is almost impossible not to see these beautiful creatures milling around the ranch or just poking there snouts in the window of the cabin. Beware however not to feed them or get close to them.
Our family stayed at this cabin over Christmas and had a fabulous time, it was just perfect. The place felt cozy and we made it quickly into home: I brought a little tree, my aunt brought lights, and my mom brought table linens and stockings. We had two dogs with us, three couples and room for Christmas presents. We will definitely be back!
We spent New Years Eve and New Years day at the cabin. When we arrived there was maybe 2 inches of snow on the ground. It was like driving to a post card. The cabin was warm and toast, the beds were so comfortable. Everything was so clean. And everything I wished I would have brought was there. We brought our dogs and they played with the neighbor dogs. The elk came by the morning of New Years Day. I hope we can come back in the spring or fall when we can have a fire in the pit and enjoy more under the trees, though we absolutely enjoyed our time in the cabin. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home. This is not a cabin, this is a home in the mountains.
My family rented this cabin for a Thanksgiving getaway. We wanted a secluded cabin, three separate sleeping spaces, and a kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving dinner - and we were intrigued by the elk! We couldn't have found a better solution! The cabin is cozy and so perfectly appointed; the beds are super comfortable; the kitchen worked perfectly for cooking a full thanksgiving dinner, including a 14 lb. turkey - we had everything we needed, and more than we expected. And we saw several elk! On the day we left, we woke up to snowfall, which was beautiful in the wooded setting. We hope to go back for a summer visit, to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. The cabin is a short drive to Crystal Mountain, so it also makes for a great ski cabin. Very cozy, very nicely maintained, and well worth a visit. Thank you, Deborah!
This is a beautiful place to hide from the world.
We were greeted by 2 elk and the neighbors friendly dog. The home is well decorated and furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has everything! If you need it, it's there!
It is so quiet that I swear you could hear the White River running off in the distance.
The yard is very interesting and well worth a wander around.
It is a nice drive to Mount Rainer.
The home was immaculate when we arrived. I'll stay again if we ever get back that way! Thanks to Deborah for sharing your home with us!
My wife and I have a favorite song entitled "Sometimes Miracles Hide" and that is how we describe this beautiful cabin. A miracle hidden among the trees and forest. We had such a marvelous, peaceful, relaxing three day experience; the memories of which will last a lifetime (loved the elk pasturing nearby!) We found all of our necessities and so many thoughtful touches in the cabin it was literally like we were staying in the home of a friend, a most gracious and generous host who went out of her way to provide for our comfort and convenience. When we decided that we didn't want to cook, well, the Greenwater Tavern provided a lively change of pace and good food. Enumclaw was a mere 20 minutes or so away where we found a marvelous Polish/German establishment to dine (Europa) We would also like to mention Deborah's neighbor , Tessa, who was an absolute Angel in disguise, and as my wife noted, "that when neighbors are that kind, it tells a whole lot about the person who owns this beautiful cabin." I would close by saying we have given this experience our highest recommendation by encouraging all of our siblings (5) and our two older children to plan a get-a-way here soon.
I cannot explain how wonderful my experience was at Deb's Cabin. We rented the cabin for Friday and Saturday nights because we were getting married in Enumclaw and needed a place for my bridesmaids and I to spend the night together on Friday, and then a place for my now Husband and I to stay on our wedding night. We loved the look of this cabin from the pictures, but when I got to the cabin it was even better. We were greeted by the neighbors sweet dogs, and waked in to find that Deb had left my husband and I a sweet card congratulating us on our marriage and a bottle of champagne to celebrate, signed from Deb and the Dogs. My girls and I spent Friday night watching a movie, doing face masks, and pampering ourselves and all of us slept in the loft, which by the way had the MOST COMFORTABLE beds ever. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I was so excited to bring my husband here the next night. He and I slept in the king sized bedroom and in the morning had coffee on the deck listening to the birds and talking about how fun our wedding was. Every aspect of this cabin was perfect and Deb is absolutely amazing and extremely hospitable. She allowed us to check in early and check out as late as we wanted. Truly this experience put the icing on the cake of an already great weekend. My husband and I will definitely be coming back, and this time we will bring our 2 4-legged friends!!
