THIS IS WHILE THE EXISTING POOL FACILITIES ARE DISMANTLED AND EXTENSIVE NEW POOL FACILITIES ARE BUILT. THE CLUBHOUSE IS ALSO BEING CONSTRUCTED DURING THIS PERIOD. THE NEW CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES ARE ALSO SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION FEBRUARY 2015.

By renting our home, you will be renting direct with the property owners - not an agent or management company acting on behalf of many owners at Regal Oaks. Our home offers 1,507 sq ft of fully air conditioned area, the largest area of the three inner terrace 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans available. The house is fully furnished throughout and all main rooms have ceiling fans. The ground floor has an open plan living area / dining area (providing seating for 6) and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to self cater throughout your stay and includes hob / oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The first floor has two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with a queen bed, both with en suite bathrooms. A twin bed room is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes and ample drawer storage. The king bed room has a small balcony. Two further guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area. All bed linen is provided. Both first floor bathrooms have large roman baths with showers over. The third bathroom is on the ground floor for use of the guests in the ground floor twin bedroom and has a full bath and shower over.
Outside our home we have a large screened patio area so our guests can sit outside at any time of the day or night, even when the resort pool area is closed. We also have a four person hot tub/jacuzzi inside the screened patio for the use of our guests.
Not all homes on Regal Oaks provide the screened patio and hot tub. All other properties which do provide these facilities have undergone a standard upgrade which includes the removal of all internal ceiling fans. As a result, we believe that our home is the only property on the resort that offers the choice of ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning, for comfort inside our home and the luxury of a hot tub/jacuzzi outside.
A hairdryer is provided. All towels (except for swimming) are provided. Flat screen cable TVs are provided in the lounge / dining area and both master bedrooms. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge (we do not provide a computer or cables). Telephones are provided and calls within the US are free. The cost of all other calls are payable by the guest. Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries and washing up liquid will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests.
For our younger guests, we provide a travel crib, safety gates for the top and bottom of the stairs and a high chair. Additional equipment, crib, high chair, stroller can be hired from our management company at additional cost. A welcome pack of essential groceries can also be provided by our management company at additional cost and left in the house for your arrival. If baby/child equipment and/or a welcome pack are required, please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences.
We provide a safe for your use free of charge.
There is parking for two cars to the front of the property.
Rates for monthly or longer rentals can be provided on request.
A cleaning fee of $85 is payable for stays of less than 7 nights. A $250 security deposit is held during the period of rental.

Set on the edge of a forested conservation area, directly behind Old Town Kissimmee, Regal Oaks at Old Town is a townhouse resort within 3 miles east of Disney's main gate. Seaworld/Discovery Cove are 8 miles, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are 13 miles and Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles and Sanford International Airport is 46 miles. Our home is located within two minutes walk of the resort leisure facilities (when available), within five minutes walk of the restaurants, bars, shops, rides and entertainment of Old Town and Funspot USA, Kissimmee and ten minutes walk from a wide variety of restaurants and miniature golf on Hwy 192, with a new Publix supermarket a short dive away located at the entrance to Celebration. The nearest beach 70 miles. This makes our home the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights and avoid the regular parking problems.
Regal Oaks is scheduled to be gated late 2013. The pool complex (when available) is located beside a small lake and offers extensive sunbathing terraces. Between now and February 2015 the pool area will be completely redesigned. At the same time the clubhouse will be constructed offering restaurant, bar, gym, shop, lounge and internet areas. However, with the close proximity of the restaurants and bars of Old Town and Hwy 192, together with an even wider choice within a 2 mile drive or taxi ride, the lack of the clubhouse facilities will not affect your stay.
