About Joy Evans
I'm native of Rehoboth with deep roots here, who loves meeting people. I am a fanatic about seeing that my vacation homes are well maintained. I am on call 24/7 when my guests are here. I make a point to be on site each Saturday to be sure that everything is in order ~ clean and tidy~ for my incoming guests. I love greeting them at check-in. It is very important that my guest have the best vacation experience possible. We spend our winters, up dating our homes, ~replacing, repairing, redecorating, and making sure that everything is clean and inviting.
I have been married for 33 years, have 2 grown children and 3 precious grandsons.
When I am not working ,you can find me in spending time with my family.
I enjoy gardening, knitting, painting, and reading.
Joy Evans purchased this house in 1938
Why Joy Evans chose Rehoboth Beach
My vacation homes has been in my family since 1938. We began renting my family home in 1993 when my dad pasted away. It was too large for my mother, but she didn't want to sell it. She moved in with my family in Bethany Beach then. However, she missed Rehoboth and built a smaller home there in 2000. We have families that have returned each year since that time. They bring their families the same week every year. They have become friends ~ almost family as I have watched their families grow over the years. I lookd forward to their weeks almost as much as they do.
What makes this house unique
Rehoboth is a magical place to vacation. It has the right balance ~ quiet, yet still having tons of activities for all ages and life styles.
My home is in the heart of town within easy walking distance of everything. The wrap around porch provides tons or entertainment if you enjoy people watching.
