-Master Bath has a Jetted Garden Tub and Separate Shower

-Downstairs Guest Suite with Queen Size Bed and Full Bath

-3rd Bedroom with Twin Beds, Private Bath can be converted into a second King Bed

-Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room

- One Twin Sleeper in Living Room

-Fully Stocked Kitchen with Beautiful granite counter tops and bar area, Stainless appliances, Large pantry

-Washer/Dryer

-4 TVs with DVD / VCRs - In Living Room and in each bedroom, High Speed Internet and Cable TV

-Beach Service Included in Season (March 1through October 31), with umbrella and two chairs

-Pet Friendly--Small Well Groomed, Well Trained Pets Allowed with Prior Approval

-Cleaning is $125 and taxes are 11.5% on all bookings

-We can not rent to anyone under 25
