You will love our gorgeous lake-view home. We are located just one block to the beach and 2km from downtown Kelowna!
The house has 2 fully self-contained suites! The upper level with a 180 degree view of the lake has just been renovated with hardwood floors, brand new state-of-the-art kitchen, gorgeous bathroom with soaker tub and so much more!
The upper suite has a king-size master bedroom with ensuite and view of the lake! Another queen size bedroom is located on the upper floor along with laundry, a gorgeous open-concept and stunning views of the lake! The upper suite can easily serve a family of 4 or up to 6.
The entire lower level of our home, which is a walk-out concept with an entire wall of windows (actually floor-to-ceiling glass doors that span the entire wall) overlooking the lake and fruit trees.
You may rent the entire home (with both suites) if you have a large group or just one suite if you have a smaller family. Both are entirely self-contained and have their own kitchen, laundry, etc.
The lower suite, with a separate entrance is an entirely self-contained (with 12 ft ceilings) and can accommodate up to 6 comfortably in 2 separate bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 additional single beds.
The property has 8 fruit trees for you to enjoy! Cherries, peaches, pears and plums.
Both suites have wireless internet, Apple TV, guitars, games, books, electric piano (lower suite), XBox One available, floaties for the lake, 2 mountain bikes, beach towels, lawn chairs and almost anything you could need or want during your holiday!
The lake, just one block away, is perfect for swimming and there are hiking (running or walking) trails within a one minute walk (yes - that's a one-minute walk) in the nearby Kalamoir Provincial Park!
For any triathletes, the location is perfect with swimming, running and cycling from your doorstep, and we offer indoor bike storage. For any other recreational enthusiasts, there is indoor storage for your wind-surf, paddle-board, etc.
And for those wishing to simply enjoy the view, you can relax on the covered outdoor patio or in the garden, enjoy the lakeview and spend time with your loved ones in this perfect paradise!
During your stay, we have tried to think of all that you might need or want, and offer a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, wireless internet, indoor fireplace, outdoor seating in a gorgeous garden, gorgeous soaker tub (upper suite) or a steam room/sauna (lower suite) and extra amenities including guitars, games and books for your enjoyment, and so much more...
We are located just a 2 minute drive to downtown Kelowna, where you'll find grocery stores, shops and the city life! Kelowna is situated perfectly in the heart of the Okanagan for summer activities!

My partner, Dany, is a pilot and I am an 11x Ironman finisher and 273km ultra-marathoner.
While Dany runs a few different businesses and flies as much as he can, I spend much of my time working with organizations and businesses to help them better their bottom line and be the best in the world...and also the best for the world.
We also organize humanitarian trips to Central and South America for people to go and volunteer, make a difference and share their gifts and talents with those in need. We've installed water-wells, built schools, refurbished existing schools, worked with micro-financing projects and local co-operatives and various projects, experiencing life-changing moments on every excursion!
When we are not working, we're likely likely hiking, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

I moved to Kelowna 18 years ago, upon cycling across Canada on the first-ever tandem bike to cross the country, with my twin-sister. We just graduated from university spent 4 months cycling across Canada. when we reached the Okanagan, I fell in love with the area and moved from Saskatchewan shortly after reaching Newfoundland on our bike.
You will love the location for many reasons:
Firstly, you're just 3km from downtown Kelowna. You're in touch but out of reach, situated in Casa Loma, just over the bridge. You can watch the sparkling city lights at night with peace and quiet...or enjoy all that the city has to offer, with less than a 3 minute drive to the center of Kelowna!
Secondly, we have 2 separate suites for you to choose from or you can enjoy both (depending on the size of your family/group). You'll love the upper suite with it's stunning hardwood floors, new kitchen and incredible views in an open concept with perfect indoor and out door living space! The lower suite is also beautiful - 12 ft ceilings, a wide open great-room concept, all the amenties of your own home plus a huge outdoor garden with fruit trees, lounge chairs and white sparkling lights strung through the trees that shine at night. You'll also enjoy the covered patio...a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at night or relax and read during the day!
You're located just one block to the beach and a very secluded public beach park, with a fantastic dock and picnic tables to enjoy! Beach towels are provided for you and all you need are your sunglasses and mabye a good book to get out and enjoy the lake and sun.
As mentioned, there is a provincial park just a few houses from our doorstep. You will love the lush trees, forest-like setting and beach access in the park on a walk or run through the trails.
I could go on and on...but I'm sure you get an idea of how lovely the area is and how cozy, bright, clean and welcoming the suites are for you.
Enjoy all that the Okanagan has to offer, right at your doorstep. Feel free to try some fruit from the trees in the garden; Cherries, Peaches, Pears and Plums!
Day or night, you can sit under the covered patio and enjoy the view or you can take a glass of wine or cup of hot cocoa to the garden and sit among the trees in the outdoor garden. Light a fire in the chiminea (a Spanish-style fireplace made out of clay/taracotta) and relax under the stars.
This home has 2 fully self-contained suites for you! If you have a larger family, you will love the upper suite along with the lower suite that comfortably sleeps 8 all together. The home is located just 2 or 3 km to downtown and just steps to the beach, nearby walking trails and so much more!
The upper suite has a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, brand new hardwood flooring, cabinetry, 2 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, laundry, everything you could need or want including a stunning 180 degree view of the lake and comfy Italian leather couches and thoughtfully appointed decor.
The lower suite also has 2 large bedrooms, a huge great-room concept, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, everything you could need or want as well including an electric piano, guitars, outdoor patio and so much more!
Both suites are perfect for your larger family. The cost per suite is $1800/week (upper) and $1500/week (lower) or a great reduced rate of $3000 ($300 discount) for both suites plus a cleaning fee of $250.
Holiday week rates (Canada Day and August long weekend are $3500 for both suites per week.
