I rented this house along with a group of friends for a new years get-together. Everything was great. The house is spacious and was just what we were looking for. There's a large living room and kitchen area upstairs and a big living room (with a ping pong table!) downstairs, so there's a ton of room. There are also lots of beds, so the house can sleep a big group of people. The area is beautiful as well and not too far outside NYC if you're thinking about a vacation from there. The owners were easy to deal with and accommodating. I would rent from them again.
