This place is home away from home, with the added benefit of being ON the beach and seeing the beautiful white sand and emerald water everyday!!

Recently updated with stainless steel GE Monogram appliances !

Why the Owner Chose Tops'l The Tides: I love this area -- grew up going to the beach here.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: The TOPS'L property is well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and there are many family activities available. The resort has multiple tennis courts, a basketball court, a putt-putt course, pools, and of course the beach! Also, TOPS'L frequently plans social activities during the summer. Children can attend 'Surf School' where they can play with other children. This is a great resort for families. This unit has many great features. The view is one of the best in the building. The patio is furnished with a teak table and chairs for outdoor dining. Indoors there is a huge sectional where an entire family can lounge and enjoy a movie on the flat screen television. We also stock games for families to enjoy during their visit.
