You will be SO happy if you choose this home for your vacation! The proximity to the beach (less than a block) and the ocean views from inside and outside the home make it the perfect getaway for your coastal vacation. The layout of the home is very functional: the large kitchen allows for multiple cooks in the kitchen with the dining room adjacent to it; the master bedroom is in the opposite corner of the house from the common living areas so it offers a lot of privacy; a separate den area is adjacent to the living room but can be completely closed off if the kids want their own area.
The outside living areas are what make this home special. From the large rooftop deck you will enjoy amazing views that stretch from Morro Rock to Cayucos with the coastal hills behind you. The deck in the front of the home is a sunny place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beer or glass of wine at night. Between the garage and the large driveway, there is plenty of off-street parking available to you.
The common living area includes a living room, den, kitchen and dining room. All these are separate rooms but with nice flow between them. The living room has a big screen TV, fireplace and cozy and comfortable sectional couch. The den is adjacent to the living room and the kitchen and serves as an additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, a TV and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen is very large and very well equipped for the gourmet cook. The dining room has a beautiful table and chairs that easily seats 8 people and a sliding glass door out to the patio where the barbeque grill is.
The nice thing about the layout of the bedrooms is that they offer nice separateness from each other. The large master bedroom is tucked away in the back corner of the house offering a quiet retreat with a sliding glass door that opens to the back patio area. The master bath has double sinks, a deep bathtub and a separate step-in shower. The second bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed and is on the back side of the home so it also has a sliding glass door that opens to the back patio. The third bedroom offers two single beds and is located in the front of the home off the entry hall but away from the kitchen and den area.
For the competitive members in your group, there is a ping pong table in the garage. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and yet provides easy access to the Morro Strand State Beach where you can walk for miles. The Morro Bay area offers so many activities and attractions that no matter how long you come for, you will wish you could stay longer! But the best part of your stay will be that you get to come back to this beautiful home at the end of the day.

This home has everything I was looking for when seeking a beach home. It is well built and maintained, it has an awesome rooftop deck that offers an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and Morro Rock and it is a very comfortable home to hang out in. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do.
