Located just an easy stroll from the Grand Pavilion, this great location offers everything you could need. Whether it’s going to the beach or looking for something fun to do, it won’t take long to get there.

It isn’t nice just because of what you can do outside of it though. Inside, the home seems to open up, with hardwood floors and natural light adding depth to the contemporary living area. The dining room is situated right next to the kitchen and has seating for eight at the pinewood table. The kitchen itself has been updated with all new appliances and the TV’s have all been swapped out for new flat screens in each of the bedrooms and living room. Should living space be an issue, there’s a family room upstairs, complete with pull out sofa and its own flat screen TV.

Another bonus is that there are two master bedrooms, with a king bed downstairs and a queen bed upstairs. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There’s also an extra half bath on the first floor.

If you rent this home, you get all the rights and privileges of a Wild Dunes Resort guest. This includes: access to the Grand Pavilion oceanfront pools, boardwalk, cafe and facilities; access to the Island Adventures recreational program that offers fun activities and excursions for kids and adults; one hour of complimentary tennis court time per bedroom per day based on availability from noon to 6 p.m.; complimentary access to the fitness center, swim center pool, and resort Business Center; priority on golf tee times and preferred rates on the Links Course and Harbor Course; and complimentary transportation within the Resort. Access to the new Wild Dunes Resort pool, Palm Cove, is included with this rental. Palm Cove is a zero entry pool with a spacious deck and seasonal cafe!
