Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This elegant fifth floor suite in the Hokulani Tower has incredible ocean & West Maui mountain views from the lanai as well as from within the suite. Suite #518 Hokulani Tower is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite with all the latest high efficiency Bosch appliances like the refrigerator, stacking washer / dryer, dishwasher, convection oven. There is also free wireless internet for our guests, as well as a phone in the room so you can make local calls at no expense to you. This is the lastest and greatest new condo-tel on the West side of Maui, and in the new North Kaanapali Beach area in the last 25 years! The furnishings in this suite are designed for that vacation renter with storage areas, and closets, as well as a safe in the room for you to use to store your valuables. This resort also boasts a full gym in the Konea Tower on the ground floor that is free for your use, and has free weights, as well as elipticals, stair masters, and seated bike with TV screens on all equipement. There is also a great restaurant on site known as Duke's Beach House and is one of the TS Restaurants and is a great place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just sit at the bar and watch the sunset. If you are looking for a top notch resort with all the amenities like water slide, lazy river pool, a large and small formal pool's with drink and food service around the pool deck from Duke's this is it! It doesn't get any better than this on West Maui!

Additional information about rental rates

We charge either 20% or $500.00 (which ever is greater) non-refundable deposit at time of booking. If there is a booking of 3 nights only then the full amount of the stay will be charged to the guest at that time. The balance is due 21 days prior to the arrival date and if at the time the reservation is made then the entire amount of the stay is charged at that time as well.
Fees And Taxes 1) There is a one-time out-cleaning fee of $190.00 including taxes. There is also a mid-stay cleaning that you can get for $40.00 an hour with a 1 hour minimum.
2) There is a parking fee of $12.00 per day, per vehicle paid to the Honua Kai front desk upon check in.
3) There are taxes on the nightly rate of 13.42% which include two taxes of 4.1666% GET & 9.25% TAT combined.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
