This is a beautiful townhome in a great location. You are one block from the beach as well as many stores, restaurants and the pier. We had 2 families of 4 stay for a week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony has great views and provides a nice outdoor area with table & chairs, grill and hot tub. There are many levels but having an elevator made it easy to get things from the top to bottom. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. This was well worth the money and a great area of Florida to be in.
I think the title says it all. My wife and I went down with another couple for a wedding and extended stay and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The townhouse is located more towards the "quieter" north end of the Clearwater Beach area yet just a short walk from the Marina, pier and all the action that's just south. Two excellent bars/restaurants were just right across the street as well as the beach and an excellent little sushi bistro that makes one great breakfast as well. The owner of the unit is a very nice guy and was quick to help when we had a small issue arise with the elevator (that ended up being a user related issue). Point is, he moved quickly to resolve our worry and I liked that. Watching the sunset in the hot tub on the roof is an experience everyone should have at least once. This is an excellent place to stay for the price.
Also, if you have the means; I highly recommend the restaurant inside the Sandpearl Resort - Caretta on the Gulf. You don't have to be a guest of the resort to eat there and it was a wonderful experience. Hands down the best dining experience in Clearwater Beach. Sunsets on the deck at the Palm Pavillion is a must do. Brunch at the Island Way Grill was excellent as well! Beachcomber was a let down...
This Property provided everything that is promised by the ad and more. There is food, supplies, and fun on the beach all within walking distance. The view from the roof is perfect, and there was plenty of space for a large group of adults. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that wants to get away for a relaxing beach vacation.
Our family stayed in this rental and absolutely loved it! Everything you need for the beach is already there, including chairs, an umbrella, chairs, towels, even a stroller to take the kids in. We had 3 young children with us, including an infant, and we loved that there was an infant activity center, jumperoo, and 2 high chairs. The living room and kitchen is the perfect setup and has plenty of seating for everyone, even when we had company over for the evening. The bedrooms were wonderful, especially the bunk bed room which the kids staying in. The elevator was wonderful, especially for my parents who both have knee and hip problems, and for going up to the rooftop terrace with all of our goodies for grilling! We also really enjoyed the convenience of having a garage that we could park our car in, so that there was more room in the driveway as we had 2 cars with us. The location is perfect as well, even if you didn't have a car, as you can very easily walk to Pier 60 and all the wonderful restaurants and shops! We even had a little mishap on the roof in which we accidentally broke off one of the water pipes on the roof when we moved the grille (on our last day of course) and we could have flooded the roof, but we promptly found the water shutoff valve and called the owner, and CRISIS AVERTED! Because we acted so promptly and there was very little damage, the owner even refunded our full deposit! The owner and rental management company were wonderful to work with and they have the perfect setup for a vacation home! We are planning on returning next year and are definitely going to stay here again!
