The property is in a great location for visiting the sights of Bavaria and further afield, and is just up the road from the castles at Fussen. The balcony is a wonderful spot for watching the sun go down after a day of sightseeing.
The property was well-equipped and maintained and the lady who greeted us, while not the owner, did a great job of showing us around and making us welcome, despite the language difference.
We would recommend the property to anyone who wanted a touring base in a quiet, rural location within easy reach of the major historic and scenic attractions of the Bavarian Alps. While we weren't into the outdoor activities that seemed to be so popular in the area the property is ideally placed for those too. It was a lovely, cosy place to come home to at the end of each day with all the facilities we needed.
The one thing that could make it even better for those travelling for a long period, as we were, would be to have internet access available.
